Federal agents can’t just show up wherever & whenever they want to, & then if they do they can’t just go around insisting people show them their papers on no basis. 

And Immigration & Law Enforcement has zero role in dealing with protestors, Thats 100% police responsibility.

My understanding also is that the cop didn’t stay for debriefing by local PD, & to me that’s potentially obstruction if he doesn’t do an interview.

He not only didn't stick around, he and DHS focked with the the crime scene before they sped away. MPD wasn't on site yet. There's video of ICE officers telling a physician begging to look at her not to approach the vehicle. The scene wasn't even taped off until MPD got there. I've heard that was at least 10-15 minutes after the Rambo wannabe murdered her.

To me a mob of lunatics in the middle of an actual ongoing riot, a person then crawling through a window that was just smashed open next to barricaded doors that are being beat on. I absolutely understand a cop shooting in that scenario. I really don’t see how people don’t agree with this.

A single Karen yelling at numerous cops then tries to drive away, I mean from what I’ve seen it’s very bad judgment. Does it rise to charges, probably not IMO but it’s a heck of a lot closer. Lots to see still. Terrible handling of this situation for sure. I don’t trust this cops judgement.

Anyone that doesn’t agree with the DC shooting but then is saying this Minneapolis one is good right now. Crazy and obviously completely in the bag.

I believe he went to the hospital but I think there may be confusion as to which cops got hurt. I had heard two went to the hospital. So much info right now and places you would expect to only report facts haven’t had these details in them in what I have read.

I had also heard what you said that the shooter left the scene. I assumed that was wrong TBH. He wasn’t hurt he just shot a lady in the face.

The “injury” and him going to the hospital versus leaving improperly will definitely (you’d like to think) come out in the investigation. I was just saying there is too much info flying around right now to know this level of detail for sure. 

We can tell the shooter didn’t get his knee blown out, he wasn’t run over, he didn’t appear to be injured at all. So I would expect in this situation you don’t leave the location immediately. 

Maybe some of the expert cops on here can act like they know exactly what is supposed to happen.

It seems to be the case that she put herself in the wrong situation. That doesn't automatically mean it's ok she was shot and killed, or have that be a blanket excuse not to press charges on the shooter.

He shot and killed her on video. Put him on trial and let the jury decide. If anyone's so certain he's not guilty, surely that will be the trial outcome then.
