It's not the sample size that matters to me, it's what I've seen as a lifelong resident of Minnesota & it didn't just start recently. In all of the large scale cases of fraud, the perps are overwhelmingly Somali. Up until this point, the feeding our future case is the largest fraud case in my state & was also the largest case in the nation. This isn't a surprise because unfortunately 1 of 3 Somali released to the US end up here for some reason!
