#6371315 Kevin Hart steps down as Oscar host

If you were referring to a few you would have said some conservatives. You said - an event Conservatives describe as - that implies all conservatives not some conservatives.

That is a misrepresentation of what you said.  You posted "An event conservatives describe as a pretentious" that is a pluralization of the term with no qualifications what so ever.  When I asked you to prove your assertions you pluck out Hannity, what about McConnell, McCain, anyone else?  You assertion suggests that this is the goto for the conservative people...

As far as I know, that sentence only indicates that more than one conservative described the event as... if I am grammatically incorrect, than congratulations on your semantic victory gentleman.

Here is what you did, and how I set you up for it...

1) You have no rational argument to offer to support what they did to convince him to back out, because you know deep down that its just plain sh!tty that this happened, someone attacks the situation for being focked up- which it is, and because you have no way to legitimately defend it, you instead attack the people pointing it out in the standard Ad Hominen that every leftists will immediately revert to when someone pins them into a corner.

2) I saw you dong this and decided to bait you into essentially attacking the VERY thing that leftists will do when someone plucks out an example of sh!ttyness by one of their own.....the old "that does not represent group x"

3) Knowing this would fail i was hoping to then bait you into using the standard tu quoque, which is always the next go to....

So you have no argument to support this nonsense, and knowing this you attack a group, end eventually any individual that calls out the lack of rationality or logic since the left invented the entire sh!tty way of dealing with people with whom they disagree

You are a good case study

You argue that I am referring to all conservatives(I disagree, see above), yet all my subsequent posts clearly show I was not not.  You asked "which" clearly knowing I was not speaking about all conservatives.   When you said "speak for all conservatives" I replided "Nobody speaks for everyone"  which should have been the end of it.  Your assumption of what I think of all conservatives is also wrong.   My reply to your question "which conservatives", consisted of a Google search  for "conservatives attack Oscars" which returned a top result(now number 2) this morning and that was the article I posted.   McCain/McConnell weren't the first link  nor do I know if they even spoke of the event. and I felt the point was sufficiently proven with the link provided.

1.  I never attempted to make a rational argument to offer support for what happened. And in point of fact was responding to your post "Congrats SJW class, you continue to remove good things...." by merely pointing out that a large group of conservatives don't view the Oscars a  "good thing(s)".  ---I was mocking what I presume to be your fake outrage at Kevin not being there.

2/3  Congrats to me for avoiding your logical landmines.

And an easy argument for this 'nonsense would be ---the Academy of Motion Picture Arts are having an event and can choose to hold the host to whatever standard they want.  EOS.

You should demand your money back from the University of Phoenix on that logic course.

I think the point is that we can take any story that has a tiny bit of a humorous element to it and make it into a slap fight at the GC.

#6358242 White House revokes CNN's Jim Acosta's press credentials

Posted by Mike Honcho on 15 November 2018 - 12:25 PM

Dunno, did he lose his hard pass?

Like I said earlier, little bit different to be kicked out for an event versus losing your credentials permanently.

Dunno. Hate accosta. And CNN has 50 others.

The person in the video they posted didn't have a hard pass, wasn't a member of the press, but a protester who came to a speech the President was making at the end of LGBT Pride Month.   Protester was disruptive and was removed.   Not at all the same, despite RLLD and Big Guy's efforts to make it so.

#6357298 Jeff Sessions resigns..........just aired on Foxnews

Posted by Mike Honcho on 14 November 2018 - 10:24 AM

Not true. Federal Vacancies Reform Act (VRA) of 1998 allows for it.

Let me ask you something; why so you appear to be opposed to Whitaker? Is it because Trump picked him or because the Dems/talking heads are against him?

Not true??? because the department he runs, was able to justify him running it.    Others disagree, this will see a courtroom.

Stop with the because Trump appointed him/talking heads stuff.  Don't ask me a question than imply I'm a sheep, too dumb to think for myself.

But since you asked, first off, Whitaker's is under investigation by the FBI, not disqualifying, but something I look at as a negative.  His public stance for the last year on the Mueller investigation and advocating for Trump to fire Sessions and hire somebody who will choke off the investigation is such a conflict of interest he should automatically be recused from overseeing.   His views on Marbury v Madison, religious tests for judges and what looks to be a broad abuse of his power against Matt McCoy are all good reasons that he should be disqualified.
