kujerry 9 Posted August 23, 2016 Picking 3rd in a ppr 14 team keeper draft. Best available WR are Dez, Allen and Mike Evans. I probably won't get dez and I will be choosing between Allen vs Evans. Even in mocks I'm choosing between the two. I'm really feeling Mike Evans, at 6'5 I think he will be back this year but Keenan gets a crap load of targets but has that injury history. TBayXXXVII 2,117 Posted August 23, 2016 Since it's a keeper league, I think the safer pick is Evans because he's been healthier and should have the same QB for the next 10 years. Rivers may only have 3 or 4 left and so may Allen (based on his injury history). Evans is likelier to stay healthy, but by seasons end, will have the better QB. To say they aren't even close is not objective, nor factual. Per game stats for their 1st and 2nd years. Evans - 4.73 rec 75.23 yards 0.5 TDs Allen - 5.1 rec 70.8 yards 0.42 TDs Looks close to me. CornKobb 48 Posted August 25, 2016 i know its preseason but if you google keenan allen news there is a nice article about how allen scored touchdown after touchdown in chargers cardinals scrimmage vs Patrick Peterson PP even said Keenan Allen is really good and owned up to getting beat.
