Here are some others to bet DOLPHIN 40-1...... Arizona Cardinals 60-1 Atlanta Falcons 50-1 Baltimore Ravens 15-1 Buffalo Bills 50-1 Carolina Panthers 18-1 Chicago Bears 8-1 Cincinnati Bengals 15-1 Cleveland Browns 100-1 Dallas Cowboys 20-1 Denver Broncos 15-1 Detroit Lions 100-1 Green Bay Packers 75-1 Houston Texans 100-1 Indianapolis Colts 7-1 Jacksonville Jaguars 30-1 Kansas City Chiefs 30-1 Miami Dolphins 40-1 Minnesota Vikings 75-1 New England Patriots 10-1 New Orleans Saints 15-1 New York Giants 20-1 New York Jets 30-1 Oakland Raiders 100-1 Philadelphia Eagles 15-1 Pittsburgh Steelers 15-1 Saint Louis Rams 60-1 San Diego Chargers 6-1 San Francisco 49ers 100-1 Seattle Seahawks 20-1 Tampa Bay Buccanneers 100-1 Tennessee Titans 40-1 Washington Redskins 50-
Cuse9 131 Posted February 5, 2007 I'd throw a dollar down on SF. They made major strides this year alone. Give them a healthy Vernon and keep Norv from going to Dallas and I'll take the 100:1 odds.
nobody 2,943 Posted February 5, 2007 Some of those teams should be paying out much better than 100-
RaiderHaters Revenge 4,588 Posted February 5, 2007 I wouldnt bet anything on Raiders at 100-1 I wouldnt even waste a buck if they were 100,000-

GobbleDog 1,020 Posted February 5, 2007 I wouldnt bet anything on Raiders at 100-1 I wouldnt even waste a buck if they were 100,000-1 Me neither. I do think that the Rams at 60:1 is a decent bet. Good QB, good RB, and good WRs... if their defense improves they'll have a shot.
t.j 35 Posted February 5, 2007 Oakland Raiders 100-1 Does this mean I can put money against the Raiders at 1:100? Easy money!!!!@##$$ Only problem is, to bet enough to make anything, I'd have to put in more money than I can afford to be without for the next year.
nobody 2,943 Posted February 5, 2007 Maybe you can parlay the Browns, Texans, Raiders, and Lions and get your odds up to 1:6 or 1:
Laurence Maroney's Nuts 2 Posted February 6, 2007 I too, do not understand the 49ers being lumped in with those other garbage teams at 100-1...?
nobody 2,943 Posted February 6, 2007 I too, do not understand the 49ers being lumped in with those other garbage teams at 100-1...? It looks like they capped the odds at 100-1, to maximize the fleecing.

Saint Elistan 106 Posted February 6, 2007 Hell, $5 on San Fran it is. I dropped $5 on them to take the division at the beginning of '06 and almost made a quick Benjamin at 20-1 odds...I wonder what the odds are for Division Champs in '07.

I'd love to see it, but I think Seattle will be the team to beat for one more year - they're still pretty strong if healthy. 2008 though....

A friend tells a tale of a guy he knows he buys down major college football lines to even money at terrible terrible odds. Like buying down Texas -30 vs St. Nobody to an even line. But he has to bet like 10K to win $100. He looks at it as easy money, but you only have to be wrong once for that to blow up in your face something bad. I've always wondered why gambling sites like BoDog.com won't offer money lines when the spread gets over 10 points in basketball. You'd think they could still make money off of it, but I guess not. culboarder11 0 Posted February 6, 2007 where would one go to bet on these lines?
GobbleDog 1,020 Posted February 6, 2007 where would one go to bet on these lines? Any one of the zillions of gambling websites. The only problem is deposting money. Since the government passed the anti-gambling bill, despositing money the traditional ways don't work anymore (ie: credit card, Netteller, Paypal, direct deposit from checking account, etc...). I've heard there are still ways to do it, but I don't know how.

TD Ryan2 316 Posted February 6, 2007 I'll also go with ARI and SF. both teams are young with plenty of room to improve. both teams have LOTS of cap room (#3 and #1 respectively). both teams play in the NFC. they're both worth a look.
DrJ 0 Posted February 6, 2007 Chicago Bears 8-1 New Orleans Saints 15-1 Philadelphia Eagles 15-1 Carolina Panthers 18-1 Dallas Cowboys 20-1 Seattle Seahawks 20-1 New York Giants 20-1 Washington Redskins 50-1 Atlanta Falcons 50-1 Saint Louis Rams 60-1 Arizona Cardinals 60-1 Minnesota Vikings 75-1 Green Bay Packers 75-1 Tampa Bay Buccanneers 100-1 San Francisco 49ers 100-1 Detroit Lions 100-1 Da Bears are favored almost 2-1 over any other NFC team. And that looks like easy money.

t.j 35 Posted February 6, 2007 Jacksonville Jaguars 30-1 ... good bet, defense was decimated by injuries last year, they have the potential to be a Baltimore '00 type team Minnesota Vikings 75-1 ... good bet, I like what the Vikings are doing, but QB is the big question mark Saint Louis Rams 60-1 ... good bet, they are decent in the trenches with good skill players and coaching Tennessee Titans 40-1 ... good bet, I have lots of respect for Fisher and this team has a lot of young players with experience now Seattle Seahawks 20-1 ... pretty good bet, talented and stable team, offense will bounce back to great status Arizona Cardinals 60-1 ... decent bet, they have a few great players on defense, a good passing game and Whisenhunt looks like a good hire, they just need a major upgrade in o-line talent and coaching Buffalo Bills 50-1 ... decent bet, Jauron is underrated, the Bills are on the right track Houston Texans 100-1 ... decent bet, a new QB and a new RB could go nicely with a talented young defense New England Patriots 10-1 ... decent bet, they will figure out a solution to their WR and LB problems New Orleans Saints 15-1 ... decent bet, Payton appears to be a special head coach, but they have a tricky offseason ahead New York Jets 30-1 ... decent bet especially if an RB can emerge Tampa Bay Buccanneers 100-1 ... decent bet, I could see it happening with Gruden and Simms, if the o-line stays healthy San Francisco 49ers 100-1 ... good bet if Norv sticks around as OC, bad bet otherwise Cleveland Browns 100-1 ... ok bet, Winslow and Edwards might finally get a full offseason of work in to spark a putrid offense Denver Broncos 15-1 ... ok bet, Cutler has shown signs that he could have a good year 2 like many QBs have, and the other pieces are in place Indianapolis Colts 7-1 ... ok bet, Super Bowl champs repeat 1/8th of the time, as long as Manning stays healthy they have a shot Philadelphia Eagles 15-1 ... ok bet, should have a good offense again, but they need some young guys to step up on an old D San Diego Chargers 6-1 ... ok bet, I think they have the best chance of anyone but 6-1 is pushing it Atlanta Falcons 50-1 ... that's about right. Only way they win the Super Bowl is if Abraham stays healthy all year and Schaub/Vick turns into Brady/Bledsoe Washington Redskins 50-1 ... surprised their odds are this low, but I think they are appropriate Carolina Panthers 18-1 ... not a great bet, I think they should be more like 20 or 25-1 Cincinnati Bengals 15-1 ... not a great bet, I think they will be even better on offense than they were in '05, but the defense is still too weak Miami Dolphins 40-1 ... not a good bet, defense is way too old, even if healthy Culpepper has to prove that the beginning of '05 was not a fluke Baltimore Ravens 15-1 ... bad bet, this team is too old to have better than 32-1 odds. Chicago Bears 8-1 ... bad bet, they need to get more consistent on offense before they get strong odds like this, and they will probably lose TJ witch will hurt consistency Detroit Lions 100-1 ... bad bet, these odds would be worse if they weren't capped at 100-1. I'm not a believer in Marinelli so I don't see a ton of improvement coming Green Bay Packers 75-1 ... bad bet, aside from Kampman they just don't have enough in the trenches Kansas City Chiefs 30-1 ... bad bet, Chiefs are counting on too many old players Pittsburgh Steelers 15-1 ... bad bet, too many big questions with the coaching change and QB New York Giants 20-1 ... sucker bet, I don't like this team well enough on either side of the ball to be better than 32-1 Dallas Cowboys 20-1 ... terrible bet after the coaching change, and TO is due for his year 2 disaster Oakland Raiders 100-1 ... terrible bet, 1000-1 would still be iffy odds
