Wilzone 0 Posted June 4, 2004 I am so glad Wilzone and I made that trade, as it seems to have caused mass confusion and resulted in everyone but Wilzone getting boned. Whether this trade works out for me or not, it is definitely going to go down as one of my greatest all-time trades just for the destruction it left in its wake. Wilzone 0 Posted June 4, 2004 Following this draft really is like watching the 400 meter dash at the Special Olympics. I love it!!
Cornerback 0 Posted June 4, 2004 Good draft so far IMO. You guys are funny; haha. I'm sending my list to OB1 for my next two picks.
OB1 33 Posted June 4, 2004 Good draft so far IMO. You guys are funny; haha. I'm sending my list to OB1 for my next two picks. Cool, I could use some help with the 4.11 pick!! Oh well, your first pick isn't a guy I was going to take so it's cool.

Bitter Naval Frizz 0 Posted June 4, 2004 hoo had givn jgalt a list for the 4.02 and 4.03 picks. At the last minute, wilzone contacted hoo to make a deal for 4.3. galt posted the first pick but was waiting to make the second since they were talking trade. I guess he had to run out, so he sends it to me. I thought i needed to post it because I didn't read it all the way since I was rushing around. I posted it, realized a minute later that I am an retarded hamster and focked it up, I deleted it. I come to this thread and two people had seen it. They happened to pick shortly. Wilzone and hoo make a trade. I was worried I focked up hoo's draft, but they didn't pick the guy. One pick before hoo, you grab jones, hoo's guy. get it? I'm sure Jones will bring the IABOOLOVAGYNICAL title to Vegas

JasperisOK 0 Posted June 4, 2004 Email sent to both OB1 and jgalt for Friday's picks. I realize that they pick both, at times, before and after my selections but I don't have any problem with that.
Scooby 0 Posted June 4, 2004 I thought Suggs has great potential. At least I got another young rb to replace Tiki then..
OB1 33 Posted June 4, 2004 I thought Suggs has great potential. At least I got another young rb to replace Tiki then.. I like the Suggs pick a lot. The starting job is his for now, and if his two game outburst of last year is any indication he should be able to keep it. At this stage, he was definitely worth the risk. Call me...Tim? 0 Posted June 4, 2004 Sweet RB run we're on. Too bad, CMT will FOCK it up! C0cksucker! If you cocks would stop taking my guys I'd be less . in each of the last 3 rounds, the guy I targeted has gone 1 or 2 picks ahead of me@#
OB1 33 Posted June 4, 2004 I like the Staley pick a lot. To me, he is Tiki barber's equal, and he went a full 2 rounds later in a 16 team draft. Nicely done, I was all set to grab him. Garner is a bit older, but same principal, lots of receptions, decent overall yardage, and not many TDs.
Mark Buffington 3 Posted June 4, 2004 I was going to take Staley.
Orgazmo 2 Posted June 4, 2004 Staley was very tempting for me too. K2 better live up to the hype.
OB1 33 Posted June 4, 2004 Well, i made a mistake trading down, I thought one of the young backup RBs would still be there: McGahee, Foster, Bell, Suggs, Duckett. To my surprise, there was a run on young RBs without garuanteed starting jobs. Then I figured i go for Staley and try to win this year since a few others are taking shots for the future. No dice again. So i'll take another young WR who I feel is on the verge of a breakout in Walker. For a stretch at the end of the year, he was one of the best fantasy WRs going. Hopefully he and Favre continue that connection, at least on TDs. With Harrison, Robinson, and Walker, hopefully my WR corps is set for a while.
OB1 33 Posted June 4, 2004 Is windycity going to pick or what? I have both jasper and corner's picks, then galt picks twice and then corner and jasper again. so if he picks within the next few minutes it can get right back to him, EMoney can pick, and then it's me again. We can bust out about 10 picks in a matter of minutes if he would stop pu$$yfooting around!!!!!

Dalem 0 Posted June 4, 2004 Following this draft really is like watching the 400 meter dash at the Special Olympics. I love it!! I cannot divert my eyes. Do you wish you hadn't wussed out...er backed out? Now? Yes, but for different reasons. I backed out because I didn't want more than three leagues, two on FFToday and my local one. But my local league seems to be disintigrating, so I'll probably only have two leagues this year.
Orgazmo 2 Posted June 4, 2004 Deep Thoughts... .......by grandpahoo (1) Buffy's Garner pick is FANTASTIC...if it were 1999. (2) Nothing says "my team sucks balls" quite like "Duce Staley is my number one running back." (3) EMoney is going to end up starting that retarded high school kid who ran for a touchdown at rb. (4) I officially hate Cornerback and am writing his name on my list twice AND underlining it. :makingangrylistface:

EMoney 0 Posted June 4, 2004 Warrick Dunn isn't all that bad. I nearly snuck Curtis Martin at this point which would have been great.

OB1 33 Posted June 4, 2004 Damn, if you told me before the draft that i'd have 3 WRs a QB and only 1 RB by my fifth pick i'd have laughed at you. I couldn't pass up Hasselbeck. IMO he is a top 5 QB right now, and he is only 28. Also, so much for not putting all of your eggs in one basket.
