They let a ton of WRs wear #s in their teens, why wouldn't they let him wear #5?

Single digits are reserved for QBs, Ks, and Ps. WRs and TEs are allowed the 80s, and high teens.

Should other Saints players hold their numbers, there's not much left for Bush.

He's gonna have to buy #5 from QB Adrian McPherson if the NFL agrees. Everything in the 20s is spoken for as well. I'd like to see Reggie named a WR so he can wear #15.

He's going to be getting a check for 20 million dollars. I think he can afford a few thousand to pay off McPherson.

Number 5. I think the NFL is really stupid with that particular rule. I understand the principle of the rule, but what is the harm? I guess they can keep their guidelines, but it isn't gonna ruin the game if Reggie's wearing no. 5.

WRs were always aloud to wear numbers in the teens, Heck, I think DonMarnard wore #19; they can even wear a # in the 90s - since it is a legal, eligable #

On my Madden franchise, the Jets drafted him and gave him #46. Kinda cool IMO, very unique. Tyrone Wheatley chose #47 in real life because it's an ugly number and he had an ugly play style. Appealing for #5 and getting it would not be cool. Picking a number in the 40s while playing a glamour position would be cool. He should pick #45.

What number is Travis Henry?

I could've sworn he was always in to those Low Teen numbers.

Would anyone else find it very humorous is they re-did the Bush commercial/spot where he is flashing a peace sign (aka number 2) instead of his sole index finger?

I would. Damn, I need to get into advertising!

Negative, the allowance of teen numbers for WRs was changed a year or two ago. Perhaps those numbers were outlawed some time after Maynard, I have no idea, but for MANY years teens were only for QB, K, P.

Right. I knew he was #20. Was making a lame attempt at ridiculing the perv for dating teenagers.

Oh... That was actually a pretty good joke then. Went right over our heads, though.

(Although, it wasn't "dating")
