dumb b!tch: Well sir you have to apply online, you have to take a test.

paradoxcial: I've already done the online application I am in Rochester right now so I can't come by the store and I was just calling to see if you have any openings and where.

dumb b!tch: you have to take the test online or come here or it wont be submitted.

paradoxical:  I already did, I'd like to know if there are openings.

dumb b!tch: one moment sir...

dumb b!tch: Alright sir we will call you and then you'll have to come in for two interviews, a first interview...then a second interview

paradoxical :bench: ...okay, thank you good bye.

Bigger companies like that are always a pain in the ass. If you're looking for summer work check out a video store or something like that. You'll make about the same pay with a lot less bullshat.

No wonder you can never get help at a Home Depot when you need it...

My coworker had a minor fender bender with another car in a parking lot.

He calls his insurance company about it. The lady asks, I kid you not:

....wait for it....

"Who collided first?"

The scarey thing is that after Home Depot goes through their hiring process they end up with some goobers for cashiers that are dumb as stumps. Their is one at the local Home Depot here that is unfit to hold any job.

The real funny thing is that Blank's book details how they sought to only hire people with experience, established a true customer service organization and made Home Depot great through this plus the size of their stores.

Sometime in the 90's this backfired on them, some whiney b!tch cried about only being a cashier and ruined their model in the process. Now they have to hire unqualified people as well....

An accident is a near miss. When 2 cars almost collide but don't that's a near hit.

If your HD is like mine, once you check the box next to "white" you are immediately disqualified. Lowe's is better anway, too bad there aren't many of them around me.

I was at Hendrickson's Home Plus the other day trying to buy a new disposal, and this b!tch at the cashier wouldn't let me use my sister wife's family discount card! Sure I didn't have it, and my name isn't even Hendrickson, but I GET the discount. They wouldn't even let me call my sister wife!

Focking mainstream LDS home stores!

I know you Orgeon types have your own way of doing things, but what is a "sister wife"?

Home Depot sucks. I go in there and ask for something like "shaker pegs" and they look at me like I'm speaking Swahili.

I'm a polygamist, one of three wives to a man who owns three Hendrickson Home Plus stores in the Salt Lake area. I'm married to Bill Pullman, along with Jeanne Trippelhorn and Ginny Goodwin.
