Finally somebody bought it: New neighbor He closes later this month. Working on a few things with the HOA (wants a sports court within the setback, etc.). Jake Plummer used to live around the corner. His girlfriend was not very cute though. I expect much better from Matt. Does Paris "No Gag Reflex" Hilton know about this? Did you ever come out to Phoenix? I bet he can pay his mortgage. I watched the latest Blue Collar Comedy Tour the other night. Larry the Cable Guy reminds me of a funny version of you. I lived in Phoenix for a few years for school, but have been gone for a few years now. I imagine the new practice facility is out in Mesa (roughly) by the new field? I live in Ahwatukee just across I-10 from it. To my knowledge there are no immediate plans to move it. Also the new stadium is in Glendale on the other side of town, not Mesa. Well, in a word, no. It is a lot more complex than easily described on a message bored. We've found a finance option that fits my income stream a lot better. We are analyzing whether or not that makes financial sense. We also have some finishing that I feel needs to be done on the house, which is part of the financial analysis. My wife and I are both engineers by training, we won't make a stoopid financial decision. But as you said, living a house down from Leinart won't suck for appreciation.
