football_scooter 0 Posted July 28, 2006 I'll start: Deion Branch - two sides at a stalemate, could miss a "good portion" of the season per NFL network. Sure, he's the superbowl MVP, but my god, this guy missed so many games the last couple seasons that IMO he owes the Pats $. Verdict: D-Bag. The *official* D-Bag list (in no particular order - we may have to have a vote at some point): Deion Branch Jerry Porter BRODRICK BUNKLEY Ashley Lelie Mike Shanahan Matt Millin Nominated a couple times but not 2nd'd: Reggie "holdout" Bush - jury's still out? Honorary Mention: Bill Bellichek, for injury reports - (I second this as a 2004 Deion "abducted by aliens" Branch owner)
yojimbo81 0 Posted July 28, 2006 Reggie Bush could make the list. Let's see what happens.
mcocozza 0 Posted July 28, 2006 could add almost all of the 1st round draft picks...
football_scooter 0 Posted July 28, 2006 could add almost all of the 1st round draft picks... nah - some have signed.
WhiteWonder 2,897 Posted July 28, 2006 id say almost half have signed no? just off the top of my head, Huff, Ngata, D'brick, Young, Mangold, Williams.... i know thats only 6 but there are more i cant remember at the moment
HawgWild 0 Posted July 28, 2006 Jerry Porter could qualify... He disappoints the person who drafts him almost every year... Now he is talking hold out... D-Bag!!!
jlbay 0 Posted July 28, 2006 could add almost all of the 1st round draft picks... I don't think all camps have started, so the rookies can't be holdouts until camp starts. That said BRODRICK BUNKLEY for the Eagles have missed all the rookie and rehabbing vets plus the first week of camp holding out. The Eagles have offered him more money than the guy drafted the pick BEFORE HIM got. His agent is fighting Philadelphia over the length, he wants 4 years and I am sure the Eagles are pushing for 6 years. The fact that Philadelphia has put more money on the table than the pick one slot higher and this kid still hasn't signed officially makes him and his agent a duesche bag. jlbay 0 Posted July 28, 2006 How about Ashley Lelie. A mediocre WR, who has failed to step into the #1 WR role, and last year dropped more balls than a $20 callgirl - and he wants a trade because Denver had the nerve to get Walker and try to secure a legitmate #1 guy to take over for the 90 year old Rod Smith. This guy is definately bag material.

jlbay 0 Posted July 28, 2006 second! Verdict: D-Bag. Outstanding nomination. Well done, rook. I second this. Verdict: D-Bag Thank you for the gracious compliment. I will be posting here all season . . . and hopefully many more after that.
larrymcirish 0 Posted July 28, 2006 TO is the #1 d-bag but Ill draft him anyway. I'll take the points & turn off the tube when he starts talking.
Ras66not99 0 Posted July 28, 2006 I wish Mike Shanahan would hold out, and never coach again.... F'in egotistical D Bag that he is !!!!!
jgcrawfish 232 Posted July 28, 2006 I wish Mike Shanahan would hold out, and never coach again.... F'in egotistical D Bag that he is !!!!! Shanny makes the D-Bag list based solely on the fact that he RBBC's just to piss us off!!! Verdict: D-BAG!!! Honorary Mention: Bill Bellichek. I'll give the guy coaching props, but he makes the list simply because he dirks with his injury report everyweek...HOW CAN F'ING TOM BRADY BE QUESTIONABLE EVERY FRIGGIN WEEK?! Verdict: D-BAG!!! Let Da Big Dog Eat 42 Posted July 28, 2006 Millin. Reasons obvious. And the Fords for not firing him. Wait give the Fords a double D-bag for giving him an extension.
Demon 0 Posted July 28, 2006 could add almost all of the 1st round draft picks... um, 20 of 32 have signed. what are you talking about?
t.j 35 Posted July 28, 2006 So, are you going to update the first post with the list, or what? Also, considering Bush was already offered Mario Williams money, and turned it down, I think it's safe to call him a D-Bag holdout until he proves otherwise. Zap 0 Posted July 28, 2006 Bush was already offered Mario Williams money. link? Loomis said today, things are complicated but normal. He doesn't sound concerned.
t.j 35 Posted July 28, 2006 link? Loomis said today, things are complicated but normal. He doesn't sound concerned. No link, heard it on the radio, if I remember correctly the offer was while back. I could be mistaken.

jeffkomlo 19 Posted July 29, 2006 Millen (for still having a job) Mike Williams (out of shape, lazy) Joey Harrington (just because)
Bottles 0 Posted July 29, 2006 I feel like just because a player is holding out that doesn't necessarily make him a douche.
DBZFan2K 0 Posted July 29, 2006 Chris Brown Also Tatum Bell for his strife of not being the starting RB
Let Da Big Dog Eat 42 Posted July 29, 2006 Millen (for still having a job) Mike Williams (out of shape, lazy) Joey Harrington (just because) jeff, please see my prior post. Ford's deserve 2 D-bags for keeping Millen then giving him an extension. But, I think we're both off target here as I think original poster is talking about holdouts. On the other hand, we are both spot on as we are naming all star D-bag's.
Parja 0 Posted July 29, 2006 How about a player who's on the receiving end of some D-Baggery...Thomas Jones? So I guess the D-Bag would then be the Chicago coaching staff and front office.
football_scooter 0 Posted July 29, 2006 I feel like just because a player is holding out that doesn't necessarily make him a douche. Rookies, sure. But Deion Branch, who's stated he's willing to miss a significant portion of the season because he feels "disrespected" with his contract, when he's missed significant time over the last 2 seasons definately qualifies. That's why the nominees need a 2nd. No 2nd, they don't make the list.
