Snoopy1 0 Posted July 30, 2006 Spoiler: Farha Eliminated With Full House John Phan raises pre-flop, and he is called by Joe Berry and Sam Farha. The flop comes 9heart6heart4heart, Phan raises, Berry calls, and Farha re-raises. Phan folds and Berry smooth calls. The turn brings another 6, and once again, Farha bets into Berry who just calls. The river brings a 10, and Farha moves all-in. Berry calls and Farha flips over pocket 9s for a full house. Berry shows pocket 6s, and Farha can't believe his opponent turned quads against his top set. Farha is eliminated.

MLCKAA 401 Posted July 30, 2006 "Some guys are so bad, it's not even Texas Hold 'em," Hellmuth said. "I think I'm the best hold 'em player in history." Did he really say this? Ugh. I heard the dude complaining once because he lost a hand to a guy who got lucky on the river. He was griping that the guy had stayed in the hand longer than he logically should have-- guy didn't know any better. Helmuth was griping that the guy "had no business calling my raise!!" And I was thinking to myself "Uh, that's why they call it gambling. He gambled and busted your azz!"

And I was thinking to myself "Uh, that's why they call it gambling. He gambled and busted your azz!" I hate that! I hit a boat on the river in a casino once, and this dude was like, "WTF were you doing calling that?" and I was like, "Uh ... I had 2 pair on the flop." and he said, "So did I!" and I was like, "Well why did you call it then?"
