football_scooter 0 Posted April 9, 2007 Well, Tool was on my short list, but I believe Undertow was already taken, and that was the one of their albums I'd want on the desert Isle, so I'll letcha have it. I'm going with something modern and recent...one of, if not THE best metal album I've heard in a decade, Mastodon, Blood Mountain 1. The Wolf Is Loose 2. Crystal Skull 3. Sleeping Giant 4. Capillarian Crest 5. Circle Of Cysquatch 6. Bladecatcher 7. Colony Of Birchmen 8. Hunters Of The Sky 9. Hand Of Stone 10. This Mortal Soil 11. Siberian Divide 12. Pendulous Skin This is an increadible effort by a young band - love the sound, style, melody, lyrics and the sometimes bizarre time signatures of their songs, but through it all this album ROCKS. football_scooter 0 Posted April 9, 2007 BroncoBilly is up! hey scoot - aenima was taken, not undertow. Ah well - you people are insane, because Undertow blows those other two out of the water....I saw them on that tour in a tiny club (+/- 200 people) and they were amazing. But my pick stands - I'll keep Mastodon on my roster. I think it's a strong pick and I love the CD. It may even be the newest album selected by any team. also

Big_Pete 0 Posted April 9, 2007 bostonlager, fock the geek draft point system crap. I mean, edgr = LT2? wtf kind of board would have him being the most valuable person? Instead, I vote that we have a movie draft... we each get say 3 comedies, 3 dramas, 3 horrors, 3 action, 3 adventrue etc... That way each person would have a list of 15-20 (21 if you use 3's) well rounded lists.
