I fill up every month and a half. I don't even notice the price. What's it up to now, like 2 bucks? :dunno:

It does no good to complain about something you can do nothing about. :P

With that said - $3.39 here this morning. :dunno:

I decided since I can't beat them, join them.

I bought a bunch of shares of exxon, it pays a nice dividen. already up a couple bucks a share.

figure this is the best way to offset the reaming I take at the pump. :dunno:

Getting sort of numb to it I suppose.

everyone was all happy when it was down to 2.00.

I saw a movie the other day maybe in 2005 and they showed a gas station the gas was 1.32 a gallon :P

Look on the bright side. Drastically rising gas prices may actually the snap the American public out of it's cheap fuel induced coma to demand more efficient vehicles from the automobile industry.

Because I walk to work and belong to a car share that uses hybrids and includes gas and insurance in the fees.

I bought two gallons in October.

I'll be buying another two sometime soon for lawn mowing. Maybe I'll complain then.

I'm sorry. I should have clarified this thread wasn't for blind gimps.

didn't the libs promise to do something about gas prices if elected last fall?

:dunno:

Like what? The Bush Admin seriously screwed things up in the Middle East to the point where nobody is going to be able to fix it within the next decade. The only other options are to start becoming more energy independent, but there are a lot of economic forces that preclude such moves.

Make up your mind. Did you see the movie the other day or in 2005. Even you should be able to narrow down that window a smidge. :(

Right now, it would be approx. 85 dollars to fill up my tank. For now, i am paying 20 dollars at a time, don't know if it helps in the long run, but, i'll be damned if i am paying close to 90 bucks for flippin gas, yes i am poor. I seriously want to jaw someone because of it, but, i doubt it is caused by one person(don't say Bush  ).

BTW, it is hovering around 2.80, i know a few months ago there was widespread 1.80-1.90s.

I just checked a graph, just 6 years ago is was right at one dollar a gallon, man did we take that for granted.

Plus, we are planning a trip to AK in the summer, gas in Anchorage is among the lowest in the country, however, outside the city, gas prices soar, right now, some stations are close to 4 a gallon. We plan to rent out an RV and drive around AK :( Gas will run well in the hundreds if we do that.

All i know is it better not go back up over 3, or i will 100% jaw someone, not a light jawing, a very hard near full out jawing.

Democrats are basically in charge. Is anyone surprised by any prices are going up?
