biggtyme13 0 Posted August 18, 2007 Man, you must have been rich. I had to stalk the paper boy from a bush at 5:00 am. No I used to ride my bike to my step dads work and sit and wait for the fax that the commish sent out Weds afternoons
Ray_T 754 Posted August 19, 2007 haha, you guys are gonna laugh. my first ever draft was a keeper draft in a brand new league(only 6 teams and we expanded by two teams in each of the next two years). At the time, I had maybe an average knowledge of football. I was by no means any kind of expert. we were going into the 2001 season. My first ever draft pick was Marshall Faulk. however in the second round, I saw a magazine listed Priest holmes as a strong candidate for a good year. I took him with my 2nd overall pick, and with my third overall pick, I took this young kid with lots of talent, but at the time was fairly unproven. He was Ladanian Tomlinson. I kept LT and he is still on my roster. I have had a competitive team every year and have even learned a thing or two about football.

Dawgtx 0 Posted August 19, 2007 I started in '86, maybe '87.....I still have the first FF magazine I ever bought from Jack Pullman. I want to say Curt Warner was first I remember I got Danny White with a 7th, and Warren Moon with an 8th, because I was wondering what I would do for a QB?!?! I also remember I got the kicker that I wanted....Morton Anderson! I had a good team, but came in 2nd to the guy that had the Jerry Rice/Mike Quick tandem

Me_2006 14 Posted August 19, 2007 Henry...... your still a 5-7 260 lb booger eater. I know who you are.......... What exactly did he do to you? Was it because he didn't like your Friend Steals FF Cheatsheet story? Also, you know you can get banned for this crap, right? Especially if you keep stalking him and not contributing anything relevant to the thread you're posting in. Just a friendly tip.

Especially if you keep stalking him and not contributing anything relevant to the thread you're posting in. Just a friendly tip. He's just mad... He realized that he knows NOTHING about FF, and everyone has realized it. So now he just decided to start posting some BS about me, as if he actually knows me. He is just some lame kid, who doesn't have anything else to do. He is obviously a liar. He already made up the story about the real estate guy and the cheatsheet, and now he is making up his first fantasy roster. I mean really, who remembers every player - backups and all - off of a team over 12 years ago? I have a sneaking suspicion that he wasn't even born 12 years ago. He probably is the same kid that ruins mock drafts by picking some silly player. CornKob has never posted anything relevant to the site the entire time he has been here, and he's just mad because I've called him on it. He's a punk ass little kid, who thinks it's actually funny to call someone a booger eater. I know it's not funny to make fun of people who are lacking relevant brain activity... But the dude is going over board. What a clown.

Now he is 5-7 260lbs....and yes Henry I do know who you are. For all out there....Henry is into wwf and a booger eater.
