toro is the best. but i try not to buy it knowing how bad the bluefin populations are decimated by commercial fishermen. of course i catch my own...so who am i to say anything.

I've gotten into a habit of ordering the spicy octopus rolls rather than the spicy tuna rolls. The oct has a much better texture...
