Metallica's "Master of Puppets" - great track with alot of repetitiveness, great for working out IMHO.

Also, Soul Asylum's "Somebody to Shove" is a great song to work out to as well...not exactly in your genre, but often overlooked as a good track to work out to and tons of energy.

If you're looking for music with a lot of energy I would suggest Disturbed, Godsmack, Metallica, Zombie, Drowning Pool, Rage Against the Machine

I've been working out in the cardio theater. I've seen 45 minutes of about twenty different movies the past couple of months.

Gotta agree here on Pantera. Does the job in the weight room, especially a little ditty i like to call "Good Friends and a Bottle of Pills". It actually sounds like a machine and has the best opening lyric I've EVER found in a song. :dunno:

It was Gold's, now it's Urban Active. I could have joned the sh1tty gym here at work for less $$$, but Urban Active has a racquetball court, so I get in somoe practice after my workout.
