elayton 0 Posted September 11, 2008 Are 32-team leagues fun? I've never played in one... WTF are you talking about? They're starting and in my 12 team league they're about all that's available on the ww... Someone has to catch the ball in SEA...
Joey Gladstone 33 Posted September 11, 2008 Who would you be dropping for them?
mydogviolet 0 Posted September 11, 2008 I picked up Taylor, but he's WR6 on my team in a 12-team 20 man roster keeper league seriously, there has got to be better options out there

I love that logic from the guys picking up Taylor. LMAO! Be sure to start a thread next week telling me how you dropped Taylor because he had 1 catch for 5 yards. Joey Gladstone 33 Posted September 11, 2008 BTW, John Carlson and Leonard Weaver will be the guys catching the ball. If you're dropping a guy like Ronald Curry, yeah go ahead and do it.
the_risen_demon 0 Posted September 12, 2008 I have Taylor in a deep (22-man roster) 12-team dynasty, but there's no way I'd start him. He's apparently in the team's dog house after dropping two passes in week one. A Roto report quoted coach Holmgren as saying that his starting job was in jeopardy. Maybe that's just an attempt at motivation, especially since Jordan was cut and I guess they'd have to trot out Seneca Wallace to get another healthy body in front of him, but you still have to have better options. eiseiden 0 Posted September 12, 2008 Are 32-team leagues fun? I've never played in one... I'm actually in a 32-team league and I had Nate Burleson. The rule in our league is that if a player goes onto IR, you have to name his replacement. As such, I'm having a hard time deciding whether I should add Courtney Taylor or Logan Payne. Any thoughts? Not sure it was worth the cost of the FA pickup. Grab either (its a total coin flip), and don't dare start either at this point.
Kopy 596 Posted September 12, 2008 I'm starting Payne this week. We have to start 3 recievers. I have Colston and Branch both out. Starting Driver and Berrian. My options for 3rd are Payne, Josh Morgan or Laurent Robinson. So I'm gonna role the dice with Payne. But my hands are kinda tied.
RSersen 0 Posted September 12, 2008 Someone has to catch the ball, but I'm guessing it will be John Carlson (TE, nabbed 52 yds in garbage time last week). Hasselbeck is going to have more faith in his TE than a couple of fresh-from-the-practice-squad receivers. With Dallas Clark likely out, I'm taking a chance on Carlson. So YES, someone HAS to catch the ball....

LOD01 199 Posted September 12, 2008 should have an easy matchup against the 9ers, who are people benching for them? A. You are over-rating Seattle. B. You are under-rating SF defense. C. Why would I want either of these 2 bums when I have AJ, Calvin, Marshall, Jennings, Royal and L. Robinson. ######-A!!!!
Belushi 9 Posted September 12, 2008 C. Why would I want either of these 2 bums when I have AJ, Calvin, Marshall, Jennings, Royal and L. Robinson. ######-A!!!! Hacks like you have no clue who Marshall, Jennings, Royal and Robinson were coming out of college. But hey, listen to me and you will increase your FFL IQ 1000%+ . Most of us don't draft WR, WR, WR for our 1st 3 picks. or a 4 team league as was previously mentioned.

WR Guru 31 Posted September 12, 2008 Wow. What a choice. Well, there's always the chance of a blind squirrel finding a nut. I consider Seattle's passing game a fantasy dead-zone until Branch and Engram return.
Joey Gladstone 33 Posted September 12, 2008 Again, John Carlson and Leonard Weaver will lead this team in receiving this week.
rotisserieking 82 Posted September 12, 2008 Unfortunately with Colston down as my #1 WR in a 14 team league, I picked up and am starting Taylor this week as my third WR and praying for something decent. He's the biggest of the three they've got so I took him. I dropped Darrel Jackson for him, and Javon Walker is my 4th.

Why would I want either of these 2 bums when I have AJ, Calvin, Marshall, Jennings, Royal and L. Just solid drafting, not overstacked
