Very good band that doesn't get the recognition they deserve in the US. Apparently they're huge in Europe, but not many people know them here, especially considering they're from Nashville. This girl I met while doing some training during my Countrywide years turned me on to them right when their 2nd album came out (Shake Heartbreak). Had the same reaction that you had. I like everything I've ever heard from them. I might have to get their CD. I've been living overseas since 2001 and I wasn't too impressed with much of the music being made for the 6-7 years before I left.
