wiffleball 4,662 Posted April 27, 2009 No. It's not. I don't care if Lyndard Skynard, the original ACDC and Metallica all combined to re-do "Wake me up before you go-go" it's STILL XXXL ghey.

Greedo 13 Posted April 27, 2009 This cover is as confusing to me as the Land of Confusion cover, although that was probably even more understandable than Careless freaking Whisper is.
gocolts 300 Posted April 27, 2009 Have you guys heard this yet? Pretty focking cool The local radio station played it the other day. Problem is, as soon as they said what it was(remake of Careless Whisper) I changed the station.
Cdub100 3,436 Posted April 27, 2009 :headbanger: Time can never mend the careless whispers of a good friend To the heart and mind, ignorance is kind there's no comfort in the truth pain is all you'll find Should've known better I feel so unsure as I take your hand and lead you to the dance floor as the music dies, something in your eyes calls to mind the silver screen and all its sad good-byes I'm never gonna dance again guilty feet have got no rhythm though it's easy to pretend I know you're not a fool Should've known better than to cheat a friend and waste the chance that I've been given so I'm never gonna dance again the way I danced with you Time can never mend the careless whispers of a good friend to the heart and mind ignorance is kind there's no comfort in the truth pain is all you'll find I'm never gonna dance again guilty feet have got no rhythm though it's easy to pretend I know you're not a fool Should've known better than to cheat a friend and waste this chance that I've been given so I'm never gonna dance again the way I danced with you Never without your love Tonight the music seems so loud I wish that we could lose this crowd Maybe it's better this way We'd hurt each other with the things we'd want to say We could have been so good together We could have lived this dance forever But noone's gonna dance with me Please stay And I'm never gonna dance again guilty feet have got no rhythm though it's easy to pretend I know you're not a fool Should've known better than to cheat a friend and waste the chance that I've been given so I'm never gonna dance again the way I danced with you (Now that you're gone) Now that you're gone (Now that you're gone) What I did's so wrong that you had to leave me alone

shotsup 832 Posted April 28, 2009 Me and the wife were in the car and it came on the radio and it sounded vaguely familiar and we tossed around a few names and decided it wasa cover of a Boy George song. We were wrong but the answer is just as if not more ghey.

RLLD 3,536 Posted April 28, 2009 Ok at first when I heard this thing i was like... ........ But I must admit after hearing it a few more times, that they did a reasonable job of it, making it almost acceptable, but the fact that its still a completely ghey song by a focking twat makes it... Apu Nahasapeemapetilon 0 Posted April 28, 2009 The fact that George Michaels wrote this song when he was 9 years old makes the original bearable. The fact that a band did a remake - now that is absurd
