And I both dis/agree with what you said above. Obama won, in large part, because he made inroads into the Bush demographic of 2004...and those same Bush strongholds weren't as supportive of McCain. So I agree with you there. Still, I've heard plenty of folks....both black and white...proudly state they voted for Obama simply because he was black.
