Also, from my understanding, the camera tapes were mysteriously DELETED after first glance, before the police could get there hands on it and use it against Ben.

 

It all just sounds fishy, and it's the second accusation against Ben for pretty much the same incident. Sounds like enough for a suspension to me.

Now if Tony Romo/Tom Brady was out at a nightclub, had previously been accused of rape, was getting drunk with underage girls, had his bodyguards watching a public bathroom door while he had sex with a drunk girl (who was underage and had been drinking with), and having the club owner mysteriously erase the tapes, and having an officer resign over this accusation....
