I know how he works and realize this league is intended to be a hassel free league for all involved including ed. Just asking for the bare minimum here...a cut off date and a draft date. Instead, he keeps up the internet jerkoff act everytime I ask. It's now past July 4th and it would be nice to know at this point...maybe I'm the only one who feels like this Either way it's only a 50 dollar league and if I'm not having fun I'm gonna say going out on top. cbfalcon 824 Posted July 7, 2010 We have a baby due Labor Day weekend, aka normal FF draft weekend. Obviously I assume we aren't going to push things back that far due to laziness, but the earlier the better as far as I'm concerned. I'm still in favor of setting a date then knocking the whole thing out in 2-3 hours. Tuesdays or Wednesdays work for me. Mondays and Thursdays are no good. It's a 5 round draft... it's going to take like 30 minutes. The season doesn't start for 2 months. None of you are that busy, or you wouldn't be posting on the forearm everyday. You can set the date and then email everyone in the league with the info. That's probably the only way the stragglers will even find out about it. Romo is the only good player I have, he was the 8th highest scoring player in the league last year and he's still young. I remember when that trade first went down and you said: "Giving up the 1st and 3rd for a 2nd was smoke and mirrors. If everything works out (knock on wood)... I finish top 2 or 3 and he's getting a 1.11 or 12. He finishes bottom 2 or 3 and I've got a 2.1 or 2.2. It's really just a swap of two or 3 spots. 3rd rounders and beyond are all but useless." You just made me feel a whole lot better though. Prolly the ONLY move I have made since the inception of this league that wasn't completely retarded. I love the players I got as well in that trade. Yeah, not changing my mind there. Although your pick holds value, there's quite a bit of risk on my end that you don't finish where I'd need you to. I dont consider that RB a starter anymore, he will be lucky to finish the season as the number 2 on that team. That's why I didn't think it was over the top. No biggie though.
