gcmmidwest 155 Posted October 6, 2011 You can put Knowshon Moreno on this list. he's wasting a roster spot on my bench too...give it a couple more weeks & see how it shakes out
SameSongNDance 0 Posted October 6, 2011 Offensive coordinator Kevin Gilbride confirmed Thursday that Mario Manningham remains the starting receiver opposite Hakeem Nicks. Gilbride actually believes Manningham's one-catch performance last week was his best game of the season. "He didn't have anything to show for it" but he ran great routes, Gilbride said. "We just couldn't get him the ball." It will be interesting to see what the Giants do in three-wide sets considering Victor Cruz's emergence as an outside threat. Mannningham is at least back to WR3 status for now in what appears to be a fluid situation.

KSB2424 3,174 Posted October 6, 2011 Pittsburg defense can be dropped. I'd rather play Tennessee versus Pitt than vice versa. I'd rather start Cincy this week over Pitt. When one mutters that sentence, you might as well cut bait.

Is Gilbride's idea of a receiver's "best game" when Manningham gets him his Gatorade faster than the waterboys do? Either he was running the wrong routes or he wasn't. Good grief. I can't tell you how many times already this season Eli has failed Manningham, so the blame needs to go both ways here.
gcmmidwest 155 Posted October 9, 2011 not worth a roster spot either Denarius Moore drop it like it's hotttttt ...!!! crabtree dont know why i even picked up this crybaby ..although i'm still hanging onto him just because of morgans broken ankle...if vernon davis breaks his ankle craptree might be worth a start. gcmmidwest 155 Posted October 10, 2011 Manningham, Ingram have definite value.. i wouldn't drop Hunter either, with Gore's track record. At very least pitch him to the Gore owner. I also think Percy has some value left in deeper leagues. He's no 12 teamer, #2 WR.. but in a deep league, he may be a useful flex. The Giants are just teaching Mario a lesson about being a professional.. that and he was concussed recently. Believe me.. with the Cowgirls, Dream Team in constant rotation.. and the fact that the awesome, but brittle Hakeem gets hurt often.. i'd love to stash Manningham for a nice play later this season. how's that working out for ya ? what was the lesson they taught him ? how to not score ? stinkerbe11 0 Posted October 10, 2011 Mike Williams? i think i'm going to drop him if i can get a half decent option on the wire. Thinking I might go for Lynch or Garcon. Really I just need an ok WR/RB to plug in for my byes coming up. Williams isn't cutting the mustard.

RoadLizard 73 Posted October 11, 2011 I start Harvin every week in 2 leagues. He's fine and big games will happen for him. Thats too bad for you. He sucks. He isnt getting it done. What kind of league are you in where Harvin is worth starting every week? A 32 team league? How do you figure he'll have big games? With that piece of sh!t McNabb throwing to him? With an offensive coordinator that sees fit to give MORE snaps to Bernard focking Berrian Whatever. Joke.

Kent 228 Posted October 11, 2011 You can put Knowshon Moreno on this list. Yeah. I have him and might have to dump him week 7 when I have tons of guys on a bye and need to pick up real players. Week 7 I lose ALL my pass catchers. I'm gonna get rolled. Moreno went from pre-season stud to useless, overnight. One tiny hamstring tweak week one, and he's now forgotten. John Fox is the devil. p.man 7 Posted October 11, 2011 Im probably gonna drop burleson. Too bad because he looked like a great flier this preaeason Already did that...The bad thing was that I picked up T.Young. lol I watched very closely last night and you could see that the Lions are not that great at all. Their defense is much improved but the offensive line will fall apart against better defenses. As much as I like Stafford and what the Lions are doing, there is a chance they could be shut down at any time. Against good or bad teams. I think they have been lucky to this point. I give them credit for pulling out the Dallas game and good teams do come from behind when needed but I don't trust them...I hope they can keep rolling but I wouldn't bet on it. If they pound San Fran this week then I might change my mind. Not that the 49ers are great but their defense has been playing well. Is Tampa really that bad? Or are the 49ers a much improved team? We will see. I will be rooting for the Lions but I have my doubts.
titans&bucs&bearsohmy! 2,745 Posted October 12, 2011 Dare I say N.O. RB's? As a Pierre and Ingram owner in a dynasty, I'd really like to see two NO backs get hit by a bus, preferably sproles and pierre. OF course, with my luck, it would be Ingram and Pierre. Kingstowne Dealers 14 Posted October 12, 2011 Gates Per Rotoworld: Antonio Gates (foot) won't guarantee that he'll be ready to return following the Chargers' Week 6 bye. "I can't make any predictions because I don't want to hold up to that, especially with the way it's been going. Fluctuating up and down," Gates said. He added that he's felt "a lot better" of late, but that he won't return before he's "at peace" with his foot structurally. Until we see what he does when the Chargers return to practice next week, it will be hard to accurately gauge Gates' odds of taking the field against the Jets in Week 7. I'm gonna cut my losses. I can't take this cat and mouse game all season
Gepetto 1,501 Posted October 12, 2011 I'm holding Gates all season, we have 20 roster spots in a 12 team league though. I think it's good he's going to rest until his foot is completely healed. First time Gates owner; should have taken Jermichael Finley and would have had Finley in all leagues, or should have taken a RB or WR.
gcmmidwest 155 Posted October 12, 2011 been debating whether or not to drop DAVID NELSON ..,since they moved him from the slot to the outside... after further re-do..........drop his his azz ...,he runs to slow

Love My Lions 1 Posted October 12, 2011 Why all the hate for Harvin. He is still the #1 in Minny. They run with him and I think Ponder will try to get it to him if called in. I think he is a good buy low. In a 16 team league I would definitely keep Percy, but in a 10 or 12 team league he would be gone. I dumped him 3 weeks ago and never looked back. Funny thing is nobody picked him up.

I think he is a good buy low. Because he hasnt done a damned thing all year, sans one lucky KO return. #1 in Minny? Ummm... Berrian and Jenkins get more looks and play more snaps. If I was in a 32 team league I might keep him. Thats it though. You guys need to learn when enough is enough.
