Challenger 72 Posted September 30, 2014 Ben Tate (knee) is practicing Tuesday. It's Tate's first practice since suffering a right knee sprain in Week 1. He was reportedly moving well, putting him on track to return as the starter for Sunday's tasty matchup with the Titans. Previous speculation had Tate handling about 60 percent of the running back carries, with impressive riser Isaiah Crowell and Terrance West getting the rest.Sep 30 - 11:04 AM Source: Nate Ulrich on Twitter He needs to stay healthy and on the field. t-birdie 8 Posted September 30, 2014 God I hope so - I picked him up dirt cheap because of his injury history.
50shades 10 Posted September 30, 2014 I'm surprised he came back so soon but I guess Tate has a track record of rehabbing, probably an expert by now. Good for him though.
seadog54 20 Posted September 30, 2014 i had a choice of him or crowell on the waiver, and I picked crowell. it's only a matter of time before he breaks down again and crowell is way more talented.
mgs316 14 Posted September 30, 2014 Cripes, the way Cleveland has run, you could probably get by with starting Tate and Crowell with as bad as the rest of the RB's are doing league wide.
weepaws 3,202 Posted September 30, 2014 So now the Browns have three RBS . Great situation .
TUM301 10 Posted September 30, 2014 Tate is the Jaba Chamberlain of fantasy football. Never seen a player get some much ink for performing in so few games. This is what his 4`th or 5`th year in the league and people are still waiting for him to break out. Give me Crowell, if not this week by week 7, guy runs like a young M Lynch.
Reality 3,121 Posted September 30, 2014 Back for now, won't last long. Hang on to West and Crowell. Crowell while raw is more talented than Tate anyway.
BobSanders_33 127 Posted September 30, 2014 I'm a Crowell truther but as long as Tate stays healthy he is going to be the man and look great running behind this OL.
DrG 103 Posted October 1, 2014 Tate's already lost his job once to a guy named Arian Foster. The motivation is there for him to hold onto his job. I think West is the odd man out here for now.
H-man 12 Posted October 1, 2014 I have an eerie feeling he will be the guy to own, and will frustratingly take carries and production away from the rookies behind this very good O-line w/ this favorable RB schedule.
Vikings4ever 551 Posted October 1, 2014 Don't worry, he's due to tear another ovary any time now.

Actually, Foster was there in 2009 and took over for I believe Dominick Davis. Tate came out in 2011 with hopes of unseating Foster at some point but injuries and Foster's playing ability squashed that.
sprewell43 0 Posted October 1, 2014 I have no RB's ...he's on waivers, so is Monte Ball. Who do you take of those two??
