Challenger 72 Posted September 30, 2014 Ben Tate (knee) is practicing Tuesday. It's Tate's first practice since suffering a right knee sprain in Week 1. He was reportedly moving well, putting him on track to return as the starter for Sunday's tasty matchup with the Titans. This is what his 4`th or 5`th year in the league and people are still waiting for him to break out. Actually, Foster was there in 2009 and took over for I believe Dominick Davis.
