vuduchile 1,947 Posted October 17, 2015 Out of DFS now, so I gotta get some action somewhere else. Who do you like this week? So far, I like: Jets -7. Coming off the bye, at home. Tough D and enough play makers to make me think they'll cover the 7. Vikings -4 for similar reasons. They're not a great team, but KC is reeling, and their offense was extra sh!tty after they lost Charles. Bengals -3.5 Cinci should stay hot and roll all over the EJ Manuel led Bills this Sunday. If they can't beat the Bills this week, you have to question if they're a serious contender. Jags -1. Not a believer in the Texans QB swap, and the Texans D continues to under perform. Pats -10. Revenge, FU season, yada yada. I think they pour it on the struggling Colts. Over 42.5 Broncos/Browns
GobbleDog 1,019 Posted October 17, 2015 I'll grade your paper... Jets -7 Can't trust Jets offense to cover. Can't trust Jets to win. I smell an upset. Vikings -4 I'll admit KC is not as good as I thought, but the Vikings and Teddy Bridgewater are exactly what I thought. They definitely shouldn't be laying more than a FG. Bengals -3.5 Bills were overrated before they lost their no-name QB. Their stink will be on full display against a rolling Bengals team. Jags -1 Houston's defense scores the winning TD...final score: 7-0. Pats -10 I wish I could disagree, but I can't. F*ck brady. Over 42.5 Reports of Manning's demise are exaggerated. Better luck next week.

GobbleDog 1,019 Posted October 18, 2015 Houston +2.5 is my favorite pick. Last year their defense led them to a 9-7 record. Jags rebuilding process ain't working. Dolphins +1 is good despite how much money they've cost me all year. My money follows the talent and I can't get past the fact that the Dolphins are better at every position. KC +3.5 is good as stated. CIN -3 is good as stated. (line dropped) SF +2 is tempting. BAL has given away every game this year except the one they should've lost. SF played impressive against a tough Giants team last week. NYG +5.5 is tempting. PHI is definitely good enough to win this game, but that's a lot of points to give the Giants who's games always go down to the wire. ........................... might as well opine on the rest of the games even though I ain't planning on betting 'em. DEN -3.5 It's the Browns, so duh. Lay the points DET -3.5 Cutler due for 3 INT game. That bears team ain't unlucky this year, they really do stink. WAS +7.5 Play every game tough. Jets don't scare me. ARI -3.5 Did you watch Mike Vick the past two games? Not good. CAR +7.5 I'm actually betting SEA on the moneyline, but if had to pick the spread I'd take the points. I despite Cam and the overated Panthers who have beaten nobody's this year, but SEA has shown a lot of chinks in their armor. Too many points. SD +11.5 Rivers is in the peak of his career. Packers ain't as good as advertised. NE -10 I hope the bastards lose, but gun to my head I'm laying points.

GobbleDog 1,019 Posted October 19, 2015 Houston +2.5 Dolphins +1 KC +3.5 .... apparently KC is even worse than I thought CIN -3 SF +2 DEN -3.5 ....damn the half point. DET -3.5 ....damn the half point. WAS +7.5 ... Jets are better than I thought ARI -3.5 .... I'm stunned how PIT keeps winning with no offense. Their defense ain't good neither.?. Perplexing. CAR +7.5 SD +11.5 NE -10 ... Colts score in garbage-time - NE only won by 7. NYG +5.5 ... first game all season Giants weren't leading at half-time. Slow start snowballed. GobbleDog 1,019 Posted October 23, 2015 I never liked Jamis Winston, but I admit he plays with fire in his belly. Just like at FSU. Reminds me of Byron Leftwich - fights like hell on every play. And Winston has skills. I'm warming up to Tampa +3.5. Redskins are a dumpster fire. QB on verge of being benched, Coach on the verge of being fired, no chemistry. Interestingly, Bucs rated 5th in total defense - ypg. Handicapper's thumb rule - "Have Defense, Will Travel"

Handicapper's thumb rule - "Have Defense, Will Travel" Skins had 10 starters out with injury last game and several others are playing with injury, which is ridiculous. 6 might return this Sunday. If only Reed, Jones, Williams return, the Skins should be fine. On another note, I bought the lie last night that Kap doesn't suck. It was like watching RG3 out there. Won't throw, can't throw, won't run.

vuduchile 1,947 Posted October 23, 2015 Jets +9.5 I like this even better than Jets +9 at Bovada. Where are you getting this line?

BLS 315 Posted October 23, 2015 Jets +9.5 I think this is the best play of the week. Jets could win this game outright and will likely come down to a FG.
vuduchile 1,947 Posted October 25, 2015 I think this is the best play of the week. Jets could win this game outright and will likely come down to a FG. Seems like everybody is on the Jets this week. I think I'm gonna go the other way now. The Bovada line has moved, so I'm taking the Pats +8.

GobbleDog 1,019 Posted October 25, 2015 I'll take Detroit +1. Nothing about Minnesota impresses me, even though they somehow stole my money last week against KC in a low scoring affair with Bridgewater's 2 INT's and Peterson's pathetic YPC. The Lions have no defense, but they can light up the scoreboard at home.
GobbleDog 1,019 Posted October 25, 2015 I've also got Panthers -3 CAR's opponents this year are all well below 0.500 and have a combined record of 10-20. PHI's offense starting to gel. Panthers are undefeated, at home, and Cam Newton was amazing against SEA last week.
vuduchile 1,947 Posted October 26, 2015 Week 7: So far, I like: Seahawks/9ers under 42.5. Won. See above. Jets +9 at Pats. Loss. Should have stuck with this one. Djgb13 2,339 Posted October 26, 2015 Tried my hand at NBA gambling this past year. Won a lot from that. Didn't get started in NFL gambling until the super bowl last year and haven't gotten around to it this year.

BLS 315 Posted October 26, 2015 Jets line moved to -7 right at game time. I took it, and pushed. However I also took Pitts +3 and got killed on that. I also took San Diego -3.5 = killed Eagles + points....Killed. Eagles over 54.5.....Killed. Vikings -1, Giants -points, and Under on Indy game were wins, but they didn't make up for the stupidity. Now I remember why I don't gamble on football. LOL.
