Thinking of the scene from Magnificent 7.

Reminds me of that fella back home who fell off a ten-story building. As he was falling, people on each floor kept hearing him say, "So far, so good."

I read a lot of books and watch a lot of investment channels and everyone likes to talk a big game. "Be greedy when others are fearful" - Buffett. I find everyone is can talk and be greedy when the market is on a 11 year bull run. When comes time to actually be greedy when others are fearful so many balls shrivel up and they take their ball and go home.

Not calling anyone out here. I'm just talking in general.

The first one says - "Sell everything and go to cash"

The second one says - "Move into triple-A bonds"

The third one says - "I shall finish the game"

I shall finish the game!

In the last month(ish) I've opened positions in berkshire, coke, att, jack in the box, gaming leisure properties, CAT, and today my raytheon order filled at $56. (it hit a daily low fo $53.20). I'm still sitting at 37% stocks vs 67% cash/bonds/gold. Thinking about adding more raytheon. And should add more berkshire. But, I've been buying it each week as it's gone down. My spread is $188-173. I think I'm going to sit on what I have.

The fed has made it clear they want the government to issue another stimulus. They will let the market fall before propping it back up so Washington takes out more loans.

So it’s just manipulation then. Same as it ever was.

Wow! Did not see today coming. I think the market sees light at the end of the COVID19 tunnel. Or the money machine is going brrrrrrr bigly.

Either way, today might be the best day yet. Condolence for those who missed it.

So far I did my daily Index fund purchase. I'm trying to buy Etherum  but I'm waiting for approval from the brokers

Another good green day.

Yes it was.

I wonder if we are going to continue the 2 steps forward, 1 step back unless there is a large second wave. Any blips due to smaller outbreaks has to be factored in. Right?

I wonder if Green Day got their name from their love of Wall Street.  🤔

I would be okay with that so long as we continue forward. Even if slowly.

It is my opinion that we would have to go back to lock down for the market to fall. I met with my builder today to talk about finishing my basement. I mentioned my buddy was interested in one of their nine spec houses. He said they all sold this month. The framer was talking about rescheduling his trip to vegas as soon as he can.

People are buying homes, businesses are starting to open, up. I think most people realize COVID19 isn't the big scary demon originally thought. Again JMHO.

Not market related but NYS is going to offer home energy efficiency loans to people of any income for 15 years interest free to help stimulate jobs. I had my home looked at in December and the job was $13,000 for sealing and new insulation. I passed because I made to much to get grants or any decent financing.

HELL YEA I'm going to finance $13,000 over 15 years interest free. If the numbers are right it almost pays for itself with the energy savings
