This might be a good thing in the short term, but for the long term it sucks. This guy still is a liberal he just doesn’t identify with the current Democratic Party. I fear all these previous lefties ultimately will become republicans and change our party for the worst.

I'm fine with the moderate Democrats, they're reasonable.  If they come to our side and essentially crush the left, then I'm fine with it.

I know plenty of people who are.  Politicians?  Not sure.  It's hard to gauge because a lot of them, in order to get re-elected, need to tow the company line.

I don't care what someone is "labeled" or calls themselves.

If someone is for the U.S first....and not a cuck/lemming/pansy, they are a good person in my book.

Not me, they’ll bring the party more left and if you put that on a long enough timeline it won’t be good.
