My gut tells me China and Russia think the US is government will collapse in the next 12 months and they are overtly building up their military to be ready for it.  China and Russia basically have no choice but to intervene, enter the US and restore order by getting rid of the crazy whackjob liberals.  Everyone knows they cannot be reasoned with.

They just think "Cops bad...therefore no cops good"   Liberals are like kids. That can't see into the future any further than "where can I go clubbin this Friday?" Or "where is my next $12 gonna come from so I can get a buzz"

IF they got their wish and had no cops, there'd be civil war.  If there is civil war, liberals are eliminated as in done.  Slaughtered.

Why  fight the US?  Get the US t fight itself, which is working.

The build up makes sense as the vacuum created by a socialist collapse in the US is something both Russia and China will need to be preferred.
