I played all of these except bang head into wall emoji ones. Do those mean you meant to play the opposite?

Yeah. Either play opposite or not at all. I usually will counter bet them but for $25 each, not a ton of confidence anyway. I'll just hope I get the win.

I didn't make any plays on Gregs picks last night because I didn't have time to listen as intently as I wanted to.  I was leaning (sides) WF, Lasalle, Miami, Arkansas, ETSU and Clemson.  So I woulda been 4-2 if played. Another thing Greg does is and article for DK where he breaks down a side or total for one of his top picks every day.  He's 9-1 since starting that. Here's his play from last night that won.

What I did have time to do was play 3 bets from a capper w free picks that I've been watching on Twitter the last few weeks.  I've played his bets 2 days now and gone 6-0.  Some have a little more juice than I'd like but consistent money wins out.  He's legitimately hit 76% since last fall when he started. I double checked his Twitter picks against his Google docs spread sheet in his bio.  I'm gonna play his 2-3 picks per night along with Greg's best bets and see how it works over the next few weeks.

My 2 "mistakes" actually won so I'm glad I didn't counter them. I probably wouldn't have played them the other was around so I would have been the same 5-3. But I guess I had a horseshoe up my ass and went 7-3 on the night. Sometimes being lucky is better than being good I guess. :dunno:

Let's see what we have today.

Day 8 - 2/1/22

Went 5-4 up  $44.98 on the day.

Total bets on the day: $380 Total payout: $ 424.98

Overall  40-24-2 up $535.22 through 8 days of betting on select entries from Greg Peterson's card.

Been squeaking out these wins. I'll take it I guess. A little too close though for me to feel any confidence at this point. But, onward and forward!! Let's see how tomorrow pans out.

Won:

Under 140  Richmond at Duquesne - $35 to win 68.33

Over 122.5  Texas at Texas Tech - $35 to win $66.82

Over 118.5 Boston College at Virginia $35 to win $66.82

Under 140 - Richmond at Duquesne - $45 to win 87.86 - Bet twice because it looked good I guess. :dunno:

Over 142 - Nebraska at Michigan - $70 to win $133.64 - Bet to counter my mistake bet below. I should have bet $200 on this one.

Lost:

Under149.5 Toledo at E. Michigan - $45

Richmond at Duquesne +6.5 - $35

Under 142  Nebraska at Michigan - $45 - Another mistake by me. :wall:  Caught it right after I posted and bet $70 on the over to counter.

Over 157.5 Bowling Green at Central Michigan - $35

Day 9 - 2/2/22

Went 7-3* up  $71.83 on the day.

Total bets on the day: $415 Total payout: $486.83

Overall  47-27-2 up $607.05 through 9 days of betting on select entries from Greg Peterson's card.

*Two of these wins shouldn't really count as I played them wrong. But I didn't counter the bets because they were small plays and close calls anyway. So there's that.

Missed a couple of my larger bets. So in retrospect, it was not as good of a day at it looks if just looking at the 7-3 record. I guess the horseshoe up my ass, even though it's uncomfortable, has been helping.

Won:

Over 140 Chicago State at Abilene - Wager: $45 to win $85.91 (40.91)

Over 139 Bradley at N. Iowa - Wager: $25 to win $47.73 (22.73)

Under 143.5 Notre Dame at Florida - Wager: $65 to win $124.09 (59.09)

Over 134.5  Pitt at Wake Forest - Wager: $25 to win $47.73 (22.73)

Over 141.5 Purdue at Minnesota - Wager: $25 to win $47.73 (22.73)

Over 130.5 Butler at Xavier - Wager: $25 to win $47.73 (22.73)

Over 148.5 Citadel at Furman - Wager: $45 to win $85.91 (40.91)

Lost: ($160)

Under 137.5 VMI at UNC Greensboro - Wager: $60

Over 126.5 Rhode Island at Fordham - Wager: $65

Under 137.5 Florida State at Clemson - Wager: $35

Just out of curiosity since I’m guessing none of us are handicappers. Where are you getting your picks from?

I'm choosing from games in this link. He updates it daily with his picks.

Fireballer posted this a little over a week ago: https://twitter.com/GUnit_81?s=09

I usually skim through and and compare the differences of his lines and the Sportsbook's lines that I check out. There are a lot out there for today.

First pick

E Mich over 142.  Greg mentioned in podcast that he has no idea why this E Mich total is so low.  He has it at 148.  Action Network has 97% of tickets over. Both teams have O/U record leaning heavy to over. Something doesn't seem right but I'll roll with it.  I can't imagine the books will miss this so badly.

Morehead St -11.  Continuing to fade Tenn Tech who is a 5-16 train wreck.  The last game these 2 played was actually against each other on Jan 31st @ Ttech.  Morehead covered a -5.5 spread by 9.5.  Hoping they can cover 11 at home. The only teams TT has covered against recently is 7-13 Austin Peay and 7-15 SIUE. Leaning under too. Under in last 5 head to head have been U 137.5.  This game is 138. This is a 2pm tip.

This is what I have so far. I'll may add a few more.

Over 142.5 E. Michigan at Ohio $55

Over 139 Tennessee at Morehead State $55 - That's it. I am stupid. Confirmed. Counter bet coming up.

Under 139 Tennessee at Morehead State $75 - Going $75 only because I'll lose at least $55 if not this one.

Under 141 Drexel at Delaware $25

Over 137.5 Troy at Georgia State $45

Under 144 James Madison at Northeastern $55

Youngstown St -12.5 at IUPUI $35

Under 149 Detroit at Wright State $45

Over 138.5 Louisiana at Little Rock $55

Over 135 Utah Valley at Stephen F Austin $45

Disclaimer. I don't know anything about college basketball. I seriously couldn't name 1 single player in any of all divisions of college basketball.

I had Youngstown as my last bet prob.  IUPUI is horrendous.

Hopefully we hit. I'm betting recklessly. After I play my bets I feel anxious about it. It makes me want to drink a bunch of alcohol.

Utah Valley +140 ML. (+3.5-110)

This is a game that Greg sees as wrong team favored.  He sees a mismatch between teams that don't play normally head to head.  He said that UV should "bludgeon" SFA down low.  I'm willing to take a gamble.

N Dakota St -15.5 vs Omaha

Greg-  "I have no confidence in Omaha doing anything good in this game".  "This team is a dumpster fire".  "They are in bottom 5 in country at allowing points per posession"

My bad.  I meant the 2-3 picks from Miami Capper and then a handful of Greg's bets that I feel confident in after listening to his podcast.
