Does the district legally have the right to discontinue a student’s education if he’s charged with a crime? I’ve been wondering if this kid got transferred because the school wasn’t allowed to suspend or expel him.

We don't know if he was "transferred" or not.  We know that we was released from Juvy and then went to a different school.  Maybe he moved, I don't know.

The only reference I have found to the kid’s gender fluidity is from the victim’s dad, who seems to want to use his daughter’s date rape to appear on Dr. Laura. The perp is 14/15 and has only attacked women. The first assault took place before the bathroom ruling but many Geeks has been fooled into thinking the rules allowed him to sneak into the John anyway. 

The whole thing doesn’t add up and seems manufactured.
