I doubt the kid is trans or that the school covered it up for any reason except he’s a minor or to cover their own asses. I can wait to find out what really happened. You’re in a big rush to fit a narrative.

There is some merit to this assertion.  He could very well have been pretending to have a mental disability and thus dressing up as a female was simply a crafty move to allow for easier entry into the female bathroom where he could then rape.

Probably a rare occurrence, which begs the question : why did the school officials feel the need to suppress it?  Because the act could tend to negatively impact their dogmatic efforts?

I’m guessing he’s mentally ill. This is a 14 year old serial rapist. I read that the bathroom policy wasn’t in effect when he committed the assault and the victim’s lawyer said they agreed to meet in the john. I guess we’ll have to wait for details.

The school might have suppressed it for any number of reasons including covering their own asses. Again I’ll wait to find out. I like to have the facts before forming an opinion.

We will only know what they let us know, and they have already been caught lying.  It will be difficult to trust what they put forth. 

I agree that this kids has some issues and needs some help.  Whether or not he actually had gender dysphoria or any other mental illness is something we may never know; again suppression of information is the norm, especially in school systems.

I think the actions on the part of the school system are not surprising.

Can we clear a couple things up here?

I've heard that he put on a dress so he could rape a chick, then the school covered it up, shipped him to another school, where he raped another girl.  I'm trying to find the truth here because it seems like this is a witch hunt and misinformation is running wild.

OK so now it's clearer, the rape happened, then they were debating allowing trannies in any bathroom they want, and the question was asked about bathroom assaults, and they denied it.  Yeah that's focked up, they should have been truthful.

Either way, the bathroom policy had ZERO to do with this rape because it didn't exist, the police were notified about the rape and the kid has been charged.

Other than denying the rape in a public forum (which there might be legal reasons for this), what else is the cover-up here?
