Seeing as Trump didn't end the war before inauguration as he claimed he would and didn't end it on Day 1 as he said he would, it's safe to say that him being president wouldn't have prevented Russia from invading Ukraine.

Congress armed Ukraine, Trump held them hostage while trying to extort Zelensky for political dirt on Biden, Trump got caught and was impeached.

Who knows. What we do know is he talks to Orange Julius, Don leaves the call thinking he has a new pen pal, then Putin drops some commie made bombs on Kiev like a minute later. Has happened a few times now. Trump is shocked each time

So now Don is back to talking the Biden plan.

At least he’s learned that it’s not a good idea to just abandon Ukraine and that Putin isn’t his buttbuddy.
