Not that any of you scumbags care, but you probably should be given the opportunity to understand why some people get fired up about this shitt.  I’ve got 2 flags of honor above my mantle.  My Dad fought in WWWII .  He enlisted the day after he graduated high school.  He survived, but it took away what should have been 2  of the best years of his life.  My wife’s Grandfather wasn’t so fortunate.  He was a decorated fighter pilot who was shot down in the Pacific theatre.  My wife’s Dad grew up without a father - never even set eyes on him.  Focked up the family bigtime.  And although I don’t have his flag, my Uncle stormed the beach at Normandy.  He survived, and actually made a good life for himself, but he never - not once - talked about the war with anyone in his family.

You don’t have to salute, you don’t even have to sing.  But stay in your god damn seat for two minutes.  You might learn something.
