to be fair I do that all the time, when I am sitting at my computer, I will take a pic with my phone and send it to someone

We often gets emails to our help at work all the time with 0 information.

They will say "can you check to see if I have any emails from the Ed Junior (external sender) in the system?

Okay, what the fock is Ed Junior's email? He doesn't email me. Why make us work extra to find the email or have to reply back and ask what the email is?

That's the worst. 

I don't mind dealing with stupid people if they are able to provide clear information that I ask for.  It's difficult to troubleshoot something remotely if you can't trust that they've actually properly tried the things you've requested.
