Cloaca du jour 2,149 Posted July 4, 2023 So my neighbor came over and handed me a couple 2 inch well marbled Delmonico steaks. Beautiful cuts of meat. So due to no grill I am going to break out the cast iron. Im thinkin sit out to room temp S and p Sear for 4 mins per side then put in 350 oven for 5 mins...flip and 4 or 5 more. Temp about 125 or 130 Rest under foil about 10 mins Dont usually cook steaks that thick.
