But now we're seeing threats against those on the prosecution side of the Hunter Biden case. This focking extremism needs to stop. Does the threatening person wear polos, khakis, and dark sunglasses? I could, but having documents he was entitled to have is the most insane charges ever. The prosecutors should be in jail for such an abuse. Hillary was clearly more reckless and had actual spillage of TS documents and got no charges. So f-you and your ideas of two-tiered system of justice. G-dam partisan hack who has zero clue what equal justice means. You leftist bastards sickening me. Today the US is worse than Russia. Our government is a farce. At this point all we have is speculation. That's not the case with Trump. We can actually see so much of the evidence stacked against him. It's up to a court to decide whether that evidence constitutes crimes. Most cases start with some evidence, then there is an investigation to uncover more. Right now there is enough evidence to suggest further investigation is warranted. You may recall they went after Trump on a simple dossier(one that was a fabrication made by his political opponent). Right now we know many within the Biden family are associated with fake LLC's into which money from foreign entities has flowed. And some of those dates of inboung money line up with Hunter and Joe visits etc. And then after meeting with a Russian CEO her she and her company pumped money into them, and she and her company were left off of the sanctions list. Its enough to start....and this new status for the investigation will address the impediments stood up by the WH to prevent more investigation, as well as the obstruction by the DOJ. Just how well Joe was able to insulate himself is what we will hopefully unravel. If I were him I would be nervous. Chances are a long-tenured politician such as he did a decent job setting up the criminal activity.....the wild card is his son....who is apparently just a focking idiot, and has left a crumb trail leading to Joe. Cloaca du jour 2,150 Posted September 15, 2023 Vivek says Entrepreneur and Republican presidential candidate Vivek Ramaswamy called the indictment of Hunter Biden on gun charges Thursday a “smokescreen.” “Don’t fall for it,” Ramaswamy posted on X, the platform formerly known as Twitter. “This is a fig leaf designed to deflect attention away from the real problem: the Biden family is selling out U.S. foreign policy for their own family’s private financial gain. That’s really what’s wrong, and we must hold politicians in both major political parties when they use our foreign policy to enrich their family members. I mean, these people have no shame, they do this right in our face..... they clearly have no fear and will abuse their power as they see fit.
Mike Honcho 5,282 Posted September 27, 2023 How Clarence Thomas’ landmark Second Amendment ruling could help Hunter Biden fight his gun charges Though the decision was harshly criticized by President Joe Biden and other supporters of stricter gun laws, it might ultimately give his son a legal avenue as the younger Biden tries to fend off the first-ever criminal conviction of a president’s son or daughter. Already, the 5th US Circuit Court of Appeals has used Thomas’ decision to declare unconstitutional the gun possession law at the heart of Hunter Biden’s case. And the Supreme Court in November will hear a related case that grapples with who can be barred from owning a firearm. Federal appeals court strikes down law prohibiting users of illegal drugs from possessing firearms
