Natalie Merchant did an album a few years ago Retrospective. The online download version has a bunch of great music not on the CD. I worked in Jamestown NY just after college from '89-'92. 10,000 Maniacs were from there and had hit it big but always came back to Chautauqua Institute to play every year. I saw them there a couple times with and without Merchant. I also saw her there years later doing her solo stuff. She/they have always been one of my favorites though she is a lot flaky.
