Supreme Court should not have accepted certiorari.

They did it just to help him delay

Ask the prosecutor. He’s the one that sent it to scotus. There seems to be a question.

Lets all find out who made visits to Pedo Island.

Libs: Trump was seen at a party with Epstein once, not on Pedo Island!

Libs are so stupid.

Pretty misleading claim there.

It was months ago that Smith asked the Supreme Court to leapfrog the court of appeals and decide the issue immediately. You know, to save time.

But they declined that request.

So here we are months later and now it’s in front of the Supreme Court because Trump lost in the court of appeals and appealed from there.

Supreme Court knows there’s no way this case gets tried before the election now. And that was by design

So letting a case play out in the lower courts is now some sign of chicanery? Ok. What if e wry prosecutor just wanted to skip over that part of the process?

Or they adhered to their standard practice of not taking matters up which are not yet ripe.  As a lawyer you would understand the ripeness doctrine, no?

Everytime this gets bumped I think there is news on the Epstein list.  The Diddy List will be released long before Epstein.  Gay rapers going to have to take one for the team.

That list will never be shown, too many high profile names on both sides of the ledger.

I doubt we see either one.  Diddy might have fewer political powerbrokers and he seemed more reckless.
