Sean McSpermot should get the ax

Recommended Posts

Josh Allen might only have a year or 2 left of being able to run around like he does now. Stop wasting his good years.

Big Ben anyone?

He should.

Things are looking grim.  Diggs may be gone (he hasnt done much 2nd half of season anyway) cap space it bad.  Have some FAs that matter.

I don't blame the fake punt on him.  The audible out of the punt was done on the field, because the Chiefs only had 10 guys on the field and that's what you're to do in that instance.  Even though it's what the player was supposed to do, it still wasn't a smart move.

Really. Ed’s take on Monday is always based on the last thing that happened Sunday.

They have been dominating their division, and made it to the divisional round each of the past three years.  Can't seem to get over the hump, but is that McDermott's fault?

If the Bills had their defensive starters, not decimated by injury it's very likely the Bills win that game.  I think this is a bit of an over-reaction.  Only one head coach out of 32 is going to achieve what the aspiration is for all the others each year.

Says the guy who followed Marty Schottenheimer's playoff collapse every year for a decade of football.

The missed field goal just had to be wide right, didn't it?  Its not as if Scott Norwood has not suffered enough without rehasing that.  Could this kicker not have snap hooked it left instead?

Maybe they pick the wrong guy.  You can't argue with his "success"   but to me he is bland.  Is a defensive coach.  And the defense falls apart.

They gave up like 7.5 yards per play which is an astounding number.  Milano and Tre(is tre even that good after injuries?) Out most the year.  They still had their whole secondary they were playing with besides Benford.  Their whole DL was out there and they got no pressure and were ran on.  Yes LBer was an issue.

Were they hurt when Cincy scored 27 on 412 yards last season? (offense also was putrid)

Were they hurt when they had to outscore Skyler Thompson and Miami who scored 31 on Derms defense?

How about the 13 second game?  Where they folded in 13 seconds thrn let the Chiefs go right down the field in OT.

What excuses does Derm have for these performances?

The Bills scored 24 points because of Josh Allen. They didn’t score the last three because of Josh Allen.

You'd think that the mother who is always home, because her husband is making millions of dollars a year, would get some blame for that too... but never a peep is made.  Ever notice that?

Maybe his kids were more important than millions of dollars 🤷

I'm guessing she was too busy spending his money to even realize they had kids.

I thought their offense was meh.  If Allen wasn't running not a ton was going on.  Lat Murray was the 3rd leading receiver ahead of cook and diggs.  He rarely catches balls.

Bills 4.7 per play that night.  Pats avg 4.6.

Defense even worse.  Chiefs had like 7.5 per play.   They saw 5 third downs all game and converted 1 of them.   3rd down didnt matter.

All those stats are great.  It’s points that count. And they had scored plenty and were in a great position to score just as much as the other team, but JA decided to play hero instead of securing the FG.

Don't quite agree.  If you "dont play hero ball" you are what?  Playing for a FG?  To what go into OT and lose?  Thats really soft.   He had the receiver open.  Chris Jones pushed back Dawkins just enough to fudge the throw.  It was there.  Then he just missed on a throw to the right.

In hindsight yeah he could have hit Diggs under and gotten closer with an eye still on a TD.  Either way he took them down the field and it was a 44 yarder.  They wanted a TD.
