TBayXXXVII 2,500 Posted February 13, 2024 Re-sign Mike Evans, Lavonte David, & Antonio Winfield Jr. Upgrade the middle of the OLine Get a real QB... someone in like, the top 15 perhaps, instead of the bottom 7.

MDC 7,223 Posted February 13, 2024 I think the Eagles have enough on O and coaching was the major problem. Hopefully Kellen Moore can fix that. The D is a mess. DL is probably good enough but Philly needs a serious upgrade at LB, CB and safety.

The good news is that they have a decent enough amount of cap space and are shopping Reddick to free up even more. They should be a big player in free agency, especially on defense. Mike Honcho 5,226 Posted February 13, 2024 The Athletic put out there way too soon power rankings for next year and I want the Detroit Lions have. Quote 3. Detroit Lions Everyone’s favorite underdog had the 49ers on the ropes in the NFC Championship Game, has money to spend ($47 million in cap space) and, shockingly, still has offensive coordinator Ben Johnson, who rebuffed the Washington Commanders to stay in Detroit. Every significant offensive contributor remains under contract on a team that finished fifth in the league in scoring (27.35 ppg). When coach Dan Campbell said after the loss to the Niners that it would be “twice as hard” to get back to that point next season, it wasn’t poor-mouthing, it was just his first motivational speech of the 2024 season. They were good this year, with that much to spend next year they should be able to fix any issues.

cmh6476 1,020 Posted February 13, 2024 For the Chiefs, just trying to hang onto what we got... DT Chris Jones and CB Lajarius Sneed are the priority free agents. DB Mike Edwards and LB Drue Tranquill are also free agents. On the offensive side Hardman and CEH. Chiefs are done great drafting and developing defensive talent, and grabbing free agents at a discount to keep the roster competitive. No reason to believe we aren't going to be right back there next year with the best general manager in the league in Brett Veach Oh, and we get to keep Mahomes. From a Packer fan perspective, he seems to have built a good foundation though. Is he Andy Reid/Shanny level, don't know, have to see if he can consistently have success. Do you not like him? I actually like him. I didn't see the Det/SF game, but from everything I've heard about it, Campbell is the reason they lost. Judging by the product I saw on the field during the season, they look like a really strong team. Yeah, everyone has flaws, but the Lions seem to be as complete a team as the other teams that are considered "Contenders". So, does Campbell learn and adjust or is he the next Schottenheimer/Dungy type who builds a great team, but can't get out of his own way during the playoffs? I don't know. Time will tell.
