I’ve seen the commercials for that and kind of like that Navage thing I think I would rather have whatever in the fock sleep apnea or nasal problems than have to deal with those two contraptions

Wash you face in the morning.  I’m tired of seeing your strap marks on your face.

A nice face moisturizer after washing does the trick

I’ve heard that too, but I’m just thinking how uncomfortable it is when you get water up your nose in a pool. I can’t imagine just turning a faucet on into your nose. Ha

Not my thing either.  I’d imagine it would feel like drowning.

Lol no doubt.

i’m sure that is awful though dealing with clogged nasal passages. Sort of like when you can’t hear when you got a bunch of earwax in your ear. You’re pretty much do whatever to get that out.

Not a user, but it’s not plain tap water or chlorinated pool water.  There’s an additive you use to turn it into soft saline.

I use a NeilMed sinus flush bottle.  It’s basically like douching your sinus cavities.  Wonderful effect.

I never have as I’m a very restless sleeper. Just can’t do it. My lady wants to smother me with my ex,s big booty. So I found this place listening to the AM radio last month.

https://gnosnoring.com/?utm_source=google&utm_medium=cpc&keyword=%2Bsnoring %2Btreatment %2Bnew %2Borleans&gad_source=1&gbraid=0AAAAACZhQD1NQvTwRWnkBoLLpPEVA7IlO&gclid=Cj0KCQiAoeGuBhCBARIsAGfKY7xLyJ5NUZfOTg41yevpnbTrJp1bnvAPeNBAUHXeRkRbLFOfBDFJwBcaAhTDEALw_wcB

I have an appointment in a week or so. Called them asked how do they help snoring without a CPAP, what insurance they take, and what exactly is the procedure. You go in for a consultation and the doctor decides what’s best for you. Th n you go back and have in and out one day care. Every person I know that has had it done is loving their new sleep life. Check it out.
