So tired of hearing "testified under oath"

People know they can lie, there is no crime for perjury. Please stop saying "under oath" - meaningless.

 He lost his law license and was impeached because of his of lack of understanding for the rule of LAWi. This is one of my favorite  parts of his testimony about the Lewinsky scandal.

Other than Martha Stewart. Name the last person to get jail time for perjury?

I say this all the time. When it comes to court, especially lawsuits. One side is always lying. It is the America way.

Both sides are lying IMHO, just to what degree.   One side may have more of a complaint than the other, might be more legit....

Most of the time, I would agree. The biggest crime ever is prosecutors/police, being able to lie their asses off and never being punished.
