Bears fans hang on the weirdest things.  Lol

Hey, you're the one on the attack for days on end. I throw one back at you and this is your reply. 😆

12 teams have not won a SB. Who’s going to be last? Does a team go 100 years without one? They all have 40 years or so to get it done.  I say at least one of the 12 don’t win one.

Hell, the Cubs finally won one. 2016 baby, go Trump!

What have I attacked today?

I don't care if you throw one back.  But if you are going to bust balls then you have to make some sense.  Most of your material makes little to no sense.

I know, if it's against the fudge packers, it will never compute in your fudge packing mind.

Got it.

Making fun of the latest packer season where they won a playoff game on the road by destroying their opponent and hung in there on the road against a better team and feeling great about their now Franchise QB, that’s three in a row at the cost of one late first round draft pick Mind you, is baffling.   I can’t wait to have a season like that where I’m pumped for the next one to start.

I don’t think much of Pickett but you could do worse for a backup, especially given the salary: $2m and $2.5m for the next 2 seasons. Whether that’s worth moving back 22 spots in the draft is another question.

Josh Sweat staying in Philly. Maybe means Reddick gets dealt. If not, Reddick / Huff / Sweat is a lot of pass rush.

The more I think about it the more I don't mind it. He sucks but what's a better, cheaper alternative at this stage? I do love that they're bringing back Sweat. He could be a monster in Fangio's scheme.

22 spots in the 4th round?  Ehhh.   You can do worse for a backup and really he still has upside.  Problem is hes already almost 26.  He has looked bad but he does have some ability and maybe a change of scenery can unlock something.  If he saw some time for 4 weeks and looked solid and went 3-1....thats potential trade value thr following season.  You could possibly rent him and get those 22 spots back in the form of a pick.

Im not Pickett fan however.  I don't hate rhe guy but when hr did that fake slide and scamper for a TD, I decided I cant root for him.

Not with that QB. Caleb Williams, absolutely!

Honestly, I think it looks great with Fields or Williams.  I'd rather trade the first pick though.  Need more picks.

And it may not be a bad thing having a First Round pick behind Hurts. Maybe it'll light a fire under him.

They'd be a fool AGAIN if they didn't draft this QB at 1. Fields can't play QB in the NFL.

You've seen him suck, and regress. They can't possibly pass up Caleb Williams, and won't. They'd all be fired in a year.

I think he got better each year.  I enjoy watching him play.

Philly didn’t bring him in for upside, he’s purely a backup. The Eagles paid Mariota $6m last year and he was mostly atrocious. 2 years / $4.5m is well below what you’d normally pay a capable backup. I’m fine with it.

I respect your opinion but I can't believe we're actually discussing Fields or Williams.

Williams is one of the highest rated QB prospects to EVER enter the draft. Imagine if he's the next Mahomes and the Bears are stuck in QB purgatory because they decided to trade out.

Yep and was unhappy last season playing 2nd fiddle to Rudolph and Wilson was the last straw. The having to wear gloves thing always bothered me too, never seen another qb that was anything have too.

He also wouldn’t dress as the emergency QB in week 17 when the Steelers were fighting for the playoffs.  Sounds like he’s a spoiled twat.

The next Mahomes?  Mahomes wasn't even the next Mahomes when he got drafted.  Every year they evaluate QBS wrong.  Every couple years it seems there is a can't-miss, generational QB and they almost never live up to it.  I think there's a lot to be said for team chemistry and I like what the Bears are building right now.  I think a good offensive play scheme can do a lot with this offense.

Im just saying.  You bring a low upside 35 year old vet and yea they can be a good backup.  But Pickett brings some upside as well.

If hes smart he will prepare to be ready.  Hurts is a tank but hes gonna get nicked up.  If Pickett comes in and looks like a decent QB that skyrockets his value.  Former 1st rounder shoeing anything.  Hell Darnold still got a 1 year 10 mill deal to start for the Vikings for a year.  And weve seen him plenty.

Cowboys releasing Gallup and Vander Esch. I remember when those two were supposed to be something.

I like all the top 3 WRs.   Really like Odunze.  I wouldnt be surprised.   But maybe they grabbed Allen to free them up to go elsewhere at 9.  They could pair any CB they choose to go with Johnson.
