It's amazing how much you post and can be completely fact free---you are less accurate than a broken clock.

Gag orders against defendants are unconstitutional and have only been upheld in extreme cases.  This case has not even remotely met the burden of proof required to strip away Trump's rights.

As stated above, there is a lawsuit occurring today which eventually will slap this rogue judge down.

A gag order is not unconstitutional, you focking moron.

It's something judges issue to ensure that a trial is fair.

https://firstamendment.mtsu.edu/article/gag-orders/

Judges take them seriously and weight a gag order vs. curtailing First Amendment rights.

Clownzo got a hand slap, and he still won't shut up, so the judge is getting tough on him, as he should.

The thing is, Clownzo wants to get tossed in jail so idiots such as you double down on your love for him, much adoring loyalists did for Hitler.

Judge Merchan, finding Trump violated his gag order a 10th time:

"It appears that the $1,000 fines are not serving as a deterrent."

"The last thing I want to do is to put you in jail. You are the former president of the United States, and possibly the next president as well. There are many reasons why incarceration is truly a last resort for you."

"At the end of the day, I have a job to do."

“As much as I do not want to propose a jail sanction," he continued. " I will, if necessary.

He might want that, but I bet if the Judge gave him a weekend at Rikers, orange jumpsuit, the works---he'd shut his mouth after that.

It being heard by what's called the 1st Department in New York, which serves like the Brooklyn and Manhattan area of New York.  Apparently oral arguments are not going to start today, but are being re-scheduled by the clerk.   You can search on X or YouTube, the lawyer initiating the suit goes under 'Good Lawgic'.

Ex-Trump Org. controller Jeff McConney recalls when Trump almost fired him early on into their working relationship because McConney was paying Trump's bills without negotiating them.

Trump instructed McConney to not simply pay bills blindly but to negotiate them at all times.

McConney's recollection is significant because the DA's office is trying to show that Cohen's invoices were not paid reflexively; rather, all payments had to be supported by an invoice and negotiation was expected — not an exception to the rule.

Gag orders against defendants are absolutely unconstitutional.  The authority to issue gag orders come from a case called Sheppard v. Maxwell which the court found that prejudicial publicity prevented the defendant his right to a fair trial.  The Supreme Court ruled that the court failed to control gossip by participants which lead to a circus environment which prevent the defenandant's right of due process.

It is asnine to use a case which was made to protect the defenandant's due process right to be used to gag the defendant.  It is absolutely an abomination of the law which shows a complete lack of understanding of the case or more likely a corrupt motive of the court.

No buddy, I know about it, you apparently don't know though and might want to look it up.  Also, I'm not providing you with a link(nor did I ask for one).

So congrats on your streak of being less accurate than a broken clock. You are the Cal Ripken of not getting anything right!

Also, good one about not being busy Mr 100K posts.

Maybe the judge can explain it to him again, except like he was a little child.

I think he fully knows what's going on.  I think that what he's doing is making a point about the Judge's gag order being one sided.  The witnesses are allowed to say anything they want, in public, about the case... yet Trump cannot.  This whole trial is about prosecuting political opposition and nothing more.  If Donald Trump was a Democrat politician, there's a 0.0% chance this case is in court.

To be fair, I think people who like Biden and say he's a great President are equally stupid.

I think Biden has done a decent job. You’re certainly free to think I’m stupid, but I do think it’s a little different than worshipping at the feet of a charlatan

Prosecutor Matthew Colangelo asks if bookkeeping notes show that Michael Cohen was receiving $360,000 back on a $180,000 expense.

Ex-Trump Org. controller Jeff McConney said that was accurate.

Asked if he is aware of another instance where an expense reimbursement was doubled to account for taxes, McConney said he isn't.

Ex-Trump Org. controller Jeff McConney says that one of the repayment checks to Michael Cohen had gotten lost while being sent between the Trump Org. and the White House for Trump's signature.

Checks had to be sent from the company to the White House for Trump to sign each of them before they were issued.

Unusual for a Prez candidate to win after it’s discovered he banged a porn star while his wife was preggers. That he coordinated with a tabloid to hide the info even crazier. That he is lying about it still even more crazier.

Another good day for President Trump. McConney testified that he’s the one that said to classify it as legal payments.  Lol. Keep ‘em coming.  Not that it matters.

The Trump Org.'s accounts payable supervisor, Deborah Tarasoff, says legal expenses above $10,000 at the company could ONLY be approved by Trump himself, Don Jr. or Eric.

This matters because each hush money repayment to Michael Cohen far exceeded $10,000 — each was $35,000. @MSNBC

Crazy thought, I know.

The issue is they are cultists. Trump alone can save this country from whatever dark vision he’s selling about immigration, deep state, etc etc. It’s completely laughable.

You look at Biden supporters it’s like yeah he’s fine. It’d sure be nice if he was younger but oh well. That’s it 😂

Biden is a congenital idiot, a plagarizer, a pathological liar, and an opportunist with no abiding principals as any positions are subject to polling changes.  He is not qualified to run a lemonaid stand.  All that said he may be more qualified than Trump.
