BunnysBastatrds 2,440 Posted April 17, 2024 Triple A is the way to go. Great battery and they install them to you directly and are half the price you paid and dispose of the old battery and a diagnostic check for your alternator, and they have a really great warranty. Look into it. AAA is an incredibly good company.. I’ve been a member for over thirty five years.Ive saved a fortune in towing, 120 miles per tow is covered. And all you to do have is call the 800# and be on site to show them. They also will change your flat and it’s all covered. A must for your kids and wife as you can add them to your account.

You didn't get got. Artest is a tard. It's the vehicle is why. An AGM (Absorbed Glass Mat) battery is a complete different animal than the Lead Acid Batteries we have been used to. Pro tip...DO NOT try and charge this battery with a conventional charger.

I got one from, them, installed at my house for my SVU and it cost me total $159.00. Now, I’m a platinum member so I get a discount, but it’s way better than than crap you buy at an Autouzone or O’Reilys. Go change your microwave, again sir.🫶

No, you didn't. hence the price difference.
SUXBNME 1,499 Posted April 17, 2024 Also, Bunny, there are only like 3 Battery manufactures that make batteries for our vehicles. They are just sold under different names and brands. Been this way for quite some time.

I see this forum post from 2018 where someone paid $270 (but not sure how this one compares to what OP got, I googled it and apparently it’s been discontinued) - https://community.cartalk.com/t/should-i-replace-the-battery-agm-worth-the-cost/129890

I think now it’s $129.00 total a year and you start out being a silver member and grow up the ladder and get many more benefits. I added my lil Bunny on it the day I bought her a car. 35+ years after my Cool Pops gave me it for a birthday present was one of the best birthday gift I ever received I promise you, it will be the best when she needs it for her. When they need it, AAA will be there. No matter what.

I'm just letting some posters here know that the battery that the op bought for his daughter is a more expensive battery that the ones we used to buy. Different configuration, different tech. Flip Flop bought the correct battery for his 36c daughters vehicle, and it costed more given the type of battery that car requires.
