Right, it’s awful, I had a draft this past season that took place in Oregon City, took a cruise to Portland, what a mistake, it’s just over run with sodom and gomorrah.  At one time it was a beautiful city. No longer very very wicked.

None related to Measure 110, multiple studies found. What really hamstrung it was pushback/no enforcement from LEO (because the money was coming from their kitty) and the poor allocation of funding (hampered by COVID but then still after that so no excuse). Once the money began flowing into treatment we have started seeing success. But Oregon is 33rd lowest in overdoses by state in that period, and all 32 of the states ahead of them have criminalized drugs.
