Of course, that is why the OP just gave the link instead of posting what the link actually said.

Fun Fact:

If the OP of the thread doesn't post anything said in the link or explain what it said it is because it doesn't confirm or contradicts what the thread title said (which is obviously the case here).

Just ten, oh more then that I’m sure, the two criminals that people will support by voting for them , will make more than just ten.

Won’t take much time.  No one wins in this country no matter who wins the office of president, can’t have criminals running this country.

Here’s a guess - if your estimated home value went up like 50% in the span of a few years it’s likely it’s due to go down.

Same for the stock market.

Plan accordingly.

Gonna buy a house as soon as my wife's work visa is approved and am rooting for a 99% drop in housing prices in the meantime.

Cool. Link to them being failures.

West Coast blue cities are failing, but East Coast blue cities are vibrant and thriving.

Prove me wrong, boyo.

Quote

Democratic states enjoy a life expectancy two years longer than Republican states. Per capita G.D.P. in Democratic states is 29 percent higher than in G.O.P. states, and child poverty is lower. Education is generally better in blue states, with more kids graduating from high school and college. The gulf in well-being between blue states and red states is growing wider, not narrower.

Quote

So my rejoinder to Republican critiques is: Yes, governance is flawed in some blue parts of America, but overall, liberal places have enjoyed faster economic growth and higher living standards than conservative places. That doesn’t look like failure.

So the problem isn’t with liberalism. It’s with West Coast liberalism.

Quote

The two states with the highest rates of unsheltered homelessness are California and Oregon. The three states with the lowest rates of unsheltered homelessness are all blue ones in the Northeast: Vermont, New York and Maine. Liberal Massachusetts has some of the finest public schools in the country, while liberal Washington and Oregon have below-average high school graduation rates.

Quote

Drug overdoses appear to have risen last year in every Democratic state on the West Coast, while they dropped last year in each Democratic state in the Northeast. The homicide rate in Portland last year was more than double that of New York City.

That’s cause the red areas (AKA the trailer parks) really can’t plummet in value.

If West Coast cities/states are failing, why do people keep looking to CA to "lead the way" in things like education, gun reform, climate change laws, etc? People have such a boner for Gavin to be President...people see Pelosi's city and think that this would be a GOOD thing to spread across the country?

Yeah, let's look at where things are failing and try and get THAT guy into the presidency. I don't get it.

No the red areas of the blue states are usually the farmers. Esp out here in CA....you know...the state that feeds most of the nation.

The stock market isn’t the end all, be all.  Just like with Disney.

It’s not bad

“Data released Tuesday by Fidelity Investments found that the number of employees with 401(k) balances over $1 million rose 41 percent in the fourth quarter of 2023 compared with the same period a year earlier.“

This article is from Feb. That number is much higher today.
