A Nazi invasion?  The Atlantic wall was intended to stop an Allied invasion.  As for illegals, they understand how to climb and dig.  The wall is no more efficacious than a fence or a painted borderline unless it is manned and defended.  Screw the wall.  Put up a fence line which goes up much faster and defend it with manpower and with drone surveillance to direct that manpower.

So?   Passing the law doesn't give the fund more money.  That has nothing to do with it.  Spending Californian's money wastefully has never stopped him before.  He's giving all the illegals free healthcare.  He doesn't care about fiscal responsibility.  Everything he does is to advance his political aspirations.
