It occurred to me after posting that that I didn't clarify it very well, since "someone who thinks he is saying something very insightful or clever, when he isn't" also applies to Rusty.

But I do feel that the styles are different, and his response to me tacitly confirms he's the guy IMO.

I see where you think it’s a confirmation but he doesn’t specifically say he is. He could be just addressing the fact you said he needs to improve his posting.

I’m more inclined to believe it’s another Rusty alias because he’s being so cryptic about everything, but I hoping for a Mung or Frank M return.

I don't think Frank M is coming back; I had a PM exchange with him when he left the most recent time.  I also don't think he'd be a silverback that Rusty would crow about; that strikes me as a Sanctuary person.

It would be great to have Mung back, but as a career military person that I don't recall being particularly political, again I don't see why Rusty would care.

Rusty has too many tells and little self control to sustain a secret alias IMO.  Honestly, he doesn't seem interested in it.  Gutter is better, with alia like Psychic Observer.

I don’t agree at all. Gutter is Gutter no matter what handle he posts under and has no qualms admitting to it. Rusty on the other hand will evade and send nothing but emojis when questioned.

I haven't lived in Buttmont in a long time, but you know this because you're on a fixed income and have nothing else to do but creepily Internet stalk me. It was a high-end Dallas establishment, the kind of place that the closest you've come to are pretty pictures you avoid looking at because you're too much of a bitter, heartbroken failure of a "man" to even entertain the idea of taking your family to one. 

Scrape up them pennies, and maybe Golden Corral is in play for you.
