I also heard today that “Catch and Release” is still a widespread practice; that despite Trump’s pledges he hasn’t ended it. Just another failure by him (though, in every one of these issues, a failure by Trump means a win for the USA.)

They spent the last two days arguing that the tariffs were really a good thing. Now they’ve reverted to the argument that Trump never meant to go through with them, he was just angling for concessions which he got so he’s a winner. But they can’t really explain what those concessions are (because there aren’t any.)
